Authors note:Not sure how well I'm telling the story so far...truth be told it's easy to to start something hard to keep going, but I'll try my best to build the characters and make them feel somewhat real...

<Jace:This is so cool I'm in an actual sci-fi ship!, I wonder if they have a hyperdrive!?!>
Jace:Does this thing have a hyperdrive!
Israel:This is just a travel ship they don't have hyperdrives...or weapons because I know that's the next question you'll ask.
Jace:I was not.
<Jace:I totally was...>
Israel:Why did the Captain even let a sucker like you on this mission anyway? Do you even know what we're doing?
Jace:Well the captain did say any trained personnel...I'm a member annnd I am technically trained.
Jace looks over at Skylar who gives him two thumbs up.
Skylar:Israel be nice, he's gonna be a big help you'll see.
Israel:*Mumbling*He's gonna be a big mistake.
Jace hears Israel's disapproval and it hurts him a little, he looks down in discouragement.
Pilot:We're getting close to the drop off.
Jace:The drop off??? What's that?
Israel:Oh no one told you...you're gonna lose it...
Skylar:The drop off is when we jump from the ship.
Jace:Oh is that all I can do that, Okay so where are the parachutes?
Israel and Skylar look at each other with a "Ha parachutes yeah right..." type of face. whatever that looks like as the side doors open up.
Jace:What's going on...why did you two look at each other in a knowing fashion almost to hint that there are no parachutes thus causing me to go into a fear induced mental breakdown...
Israel:I'll just say don't hurt yourself twerp.
Israel jumps out of the ship diving towards the ground.
Jace:Oh my God! No I can't do that I'm gonna die! we are gonna splat and die!!!
Skylar:Come on Jace it's now or never.
Jace:Yeah try never....
Skylar:C'mon dude you gotta prove your worth remember.
Jace:Yeah but I'm not jumping out of a plane with no parachute, I don't know much about this world but if the gravity is the same I'll end up dead!
Skylar:Jace sometimes you gotta just trust me when I say you'll be fine okay...Do you trust me?
Jace:Y-Yes...yes I do...I can do this...I-I got this!
He looks over the edge at the ground which seems so far!
Jace:I don't got this!
Jace holds his head as just looking at the drop fills him with anxiety, he backs into Skylar who puts her arms around his waist, Jace looks back as she has another knowing smile on her face.
