Harry watched Niall rush out of the room. He didn't move, just watched Niall leave and the door slam behind him.
"Someone's gotta go after him!" Zayn yelled, thrusting his hand towards the door, looking at Liam and Harry's faces.
"Why don't you do it..?" Harry hissed, turning towards Louis. He shut out yelling and shoving and just focused on the beauty of his unconscious boyfriend.
"Oh, Lou..." Harry's tears finally spilled over and when he tasted the first one...he just let it go. He hunched over the bed and sobbed until he was hoarse.
"Sir..?" A nurse tapped Harry on the shoulder. "Visiting hours are over. I don't know why you're still here..." She mumbled, but when Harry lifted his head, the nurse understood why he was still here.
"I'll you another hour or so.. I imagine your security must be worried." She sounded so fake, Harry zoned her out. He looked at Louis with half-shut eyes, trying to pretend he hasn't been crying so in case Louis was having an out of body experience he wouldn't think Harry was weak. But it was /hard/. Harry was weak and he needed someone to hold him in this time. But no one was in the room, so Harry went to the balcony to get some air.
"Life. Sucks." Harry breathed, watching the air from his lungs turn visible in the cold air. "I need a cigarette." Harry spoke for no reason, grabbing the pack from inside of his jacket. He quickly lit up and blew out the smoke towards the sky. He kept his head up, not wanting to leave this moment. He closed his eyes, but quickly opened them when he heard a /whoosh/ sound. Harry searched for the source for the sound and noticed a shooting star. He smiled, remembering how Louis had never seen one. Tears soon replaced the happiness.
"I wish everything was different." Harry whispered into the darkness. He stood there a minute, waiting for a nurse to come running in, telling him Louis woke up...but nothing happened. Harry started to walk back into Louis's room but didn't make it, because he was consumed by darkness. He got really dizzy and his eyes slid shut, causing him to tumble onto the ground.
