After my awful Hermione-free time with professor Mcgonagall, I was desperate to see my love. So, when I was finally free, I made my way up to our special room and, sure enough, there she was waiting for me with a gigantic smile arriving on her face at the sight of me coming. We entered and sat down.
"The baby kicked last night for the first time" she said, and this news made me feel completely frustrated. Not at Hermione, but at the school, with its ridiculous rules and punishments that result in me missing out on one of the best moments of pregnancy.
"I wish I could've been there" I say as we hug, and for the hour we have before dinner, we don't speak of being apart or babies, we simply enjoy each other's company.
"Dinner will be starting a couple of minutes" she says getting up
"Yeah" I reply "we should probably go because if Mcgonagall realises both of us are missing then she'll probably hold a full on search party and then think of a punishment that is somehow worse than the current one"
However, just as we step through the door, a familiar old which with brown hair and a stern expression is looking back at us.
"My office now!"
And when we get up there she gives us the same lecture about rules and places in this school she always does.
"Have I not told you enough times to keep your distance? You are both exceptionally bright students and are gambling with your right to an education. Wait here one moment" with that, she leaves the office, locking the door behind her and returns a minute later with none other than Harry Potter and Ron Weasley.
"Since you both seem incapable a following rules" the teacher began (to us, not Weasley and Potter) "Granger, I have asked these two to keep an eye on you at all times"
"But professor-" Hermione began
"No exceptions!" She then turned to the other two boys "if you see them together then come and tell me straight away"
And with that, we left to go to dinner.
