Kunal lives with his parents and he has a small sister. Kunal Mumbai mein nayi hai, but his sister was born and brought up here. He used to live with his grandmother in his village.

Mom(Aliya): Kunal beta, Tum ready hui Kya? Aaj tumhare school mein pehele din hai.
Kunal: Haan ma, ready ho Rahi hu mai.
Dad(Kumar): Beti, Tum ready hui?
Sister (Pari): yes dad, I'm ready.
Kumar: pari, agar Kunal ko Kuch takleef ho toh recess mein jaake pooch leena.
Pari: OK dad.
Kunal: papa, Mai ready ho gayi.
Kumar: Kunal, English bola seekhlo, papa nahi dad bolo mujhe,
Kunal: theek hai papa.
Kumar: phir se papa?
Aliya: ye dheere seekh jayengi aap phikar na Kare.

Kunal's mom was very loving and she supported Kunal very much. She infact loved Kunal a little more than his sister cause Kunal lived away from them till these years.
