Chapter 10: Ring Or Confession

"Do you really like someone Jennie?"

I sighed, rolling my eyes.

"Taehyung? Can you just stop?"

"Why would you move on like that? It hurts me Jennie."

"Taehyung! We aren't even together anymore!" I screamed through the phone.

Tears filled my eyes.

"Ms. Kim are you okay?" The nurse opened the door.

I wiped my tears away.

"I'm fine..."

"If you need anything, please ask."

I nodded my head and hung up on Taehyung.

(Ring)

I checked my caller ID and Taehyung had called again.

I huffed, angrily, turning off my phone.

(Ring)

"Jennie!" Jisoo, Rose and Lisa waved.

"Are you guys there yet?" 

"No, we aren't there? But we're in the plane right now."

"Oh? Well, when will you guys be there?"

"In about 2 hours. The flight is really long, you know how I hate long flights." Jisoo rolled her eyes.

I chuckled and rolled my eyes.

"I know?" I smiled, but then faded away.

"Jennie, are you okay?"

"I'm fine guys?"

Tears filled in my eyes.

"Jennie?"

I quickly hung up, wiping my tears away.

Sehun, bogoshipda (I miss you)...

Sehun was the only who can cure my depression. The only person I can talk to, get mad at... I miss him so much.

(Ring)

I picked up my phone, checking the caller ID.

Taehyung

I rolled my eyes.

"If you're not answering me, I'm coming over."

"Don't even think about coming Taehyung."

"I am, because I miss you."

I huffed, pulling my hair back.

I then looked out the window, watching the beautiful clouds passing.

After a few moments, my eyes became tired.

*Door creaks open*

I looked at the door and there was Taehyung with flowers and chocolate.

I looked away from Taehyung.

"Here you go..." Taehyung smiled.

I ignored him, not wanting to accept the gifts.

"Jennie-ah?"

I looked up at Taehyung who sat beside me.

"Close your eyes."

I raised a brow, not wanting to trust him.

"Just do it?" He smiled.

I closed my eyes slowly as he grabbed my fingers.

He slid something onto my finger and his lips has laid on mine.

My eyes jointed open.

"Will you marry me?"

I stared at him in disbelief.

"It's okay If you don't? I just want to make you happy again? I just want to tell you that I'm really sorry. I miss you so much that I feel like dying, you're my oxygen and I need you."

Taehyung looked into my eyes with tears in them.

I didn't know what to say at all?

"I-I don't know Taehyung?"

"It's fine, I still love you Jennie. I'll give you time to think?"

I touched the ring, sliding it off and on my fingers.

"Jennie, I've gotta tell you something? It's really, really important."

"What is it Sehun?"

"I don't know? It's really complicated Jennie."

"Just say it? I promise, I'll give a quick response."

He then took a long time to reply back to me.

20 minutes later, he had finally responded.

"I like you..."

My eyes widen.

"I like you too." 

I then typed it, but erased it.

I didn't know what to say.

I huffed angrily, turning off my phone.

"Are you okay?" Taehyung looked at me in concerned.

I ignored him, laying my head against the pillow.

"I need some rest right now."

Taehyung suddenly pecked my forehead and left the room.

Tears rolled down my eyes and onto the pillow.
