Chapter 9

As soon as they got to the hospital, they went directly to the information desk to ask for Ysa's room.

After a while, they knew the room number and they immediately went there.

As they entered the room, they saw Ysabella with oxygen tank attached to her and a dextrose.

She immediately went near her... crying.

"Baby, wake up na. Mommy's here already. Wake up, sweetheart." Umiiyak nyang sabi.

They didn't even notice the person sitting on the couch, watching them.

"Hon, she'll wake up din. She needs to rest pa." Marvin said.

She calmed herself.

When she's already calm, a woman spoke.

They turned around to see who she is.

And again, they were shocked!

"Ms. Lea Salonga?" Marvin curiously asked.

"Yes, Lea Salonga po. Ako po yung nagdala sa anak nyo dito. We found her sa isang waiting shed. She's lying on the floor at wala syang malay. So we decided to rush her here kase ang init nya." She informed them.

Katrina can't help herself but to cry knowing what happened to her daughter. She can't say anything. She's just crying.

Her husband hugged her and she calmed.

"Thank you, Ms. Lea. Sobrang laki po ng tulong nyo sa amin. Kung hindi po dahil sa inyo, baka wala na po kaming anak. Maraming salamat po. Totoo nga po ang sabi ni Ysa, hindi sya nagkamali ng inidolo. Idol na idol nya po kayo. She even went to one of your concerts. Pinag-ipunan nya talaga yon kasi sabi nya gusto nya masulit nya yung concert mo." He said.

Lea found herself smiling. She didn't know na ang tinulungan nya ay isa sa mga taga supporta nya. Ang galing lang ng pagkakataon at sya ang nakakita kay Ysa.

"Masaya po akong nakatulong. Kahit naman po siguro sino gagawin yung ginawa ko. At salamat po. I'm shocked sa nalaman ko. Fan ko pala sya." Masaya nyang tugon.

"Maraming salamat po, Ms. Lea. Maraming maraming salamat po." Finally Katrina was able to talk.

"Walang anuman po. I need to go for now but I will be back kapag nagising na sya. Please do inform me." Sabi nya.

"We'll do, Miss. Thank you." Sagot ni Trina.

Lumabas na si Lea at sinabi nya sa driver nya na uuwi na sila.

"Of all people, isang umiidolo pa sakin ang natulungan ko.
Ysa seems to be a kind girl. Sa tingin ko lang.
I want to see her again. We can be friends you know. I want to know her more." Sabi ni Lea sa sarili.

And then she tweeted:

"It's nice to be able to extend help to people who support you. Get well, Ysa! Get well the soonest! I'll see you when you wake up!"

And her notification started to explode.
Most of them were fans and they were asking who Ysa was. She didn't answer them. They'll find out soon.

As soon as Lea went out of the room, Katrina went to Ysa's bed. Marvin followed her.

"I'm sorry, anak. I'm sorry. Mommy and daddy are really sorry for everything." Umiiyak nyang sabi.

"Hush now, hon. She'll be okay." Pagpapatahan ng asawa nya sa kanya.

"Kung pwedeng ako nalang eh. Kung pwedeng palit kami at ako yung magkasakit, wag lang sya. Hindi ko kaya na ganyan sya. Honey, I can't. Nawalan na ako ng isang anak at ayokong mawalan pa ng isa." And then she cried harder.

Marvin hugged her tighter.

"Baby, pagaling ka ah? Miss na miss ka na ni Mommy. Sobrang miss na kita. Mommy will explain everything to you when you wake up. I'm sorry, anak." Sabi nito.

"Princess, pagaling ka ah? Miss na miss ko na ang prinsesa ko." Naiiyak na sabi ni Marvin sa anak nya.

Hours passed by pero hindi pa din gumigising si Ysa. The doctor already explained to them kung anong nangyari at kung anong dapat gawin.

"She needs to stay here for a couple of days. We need to observe her. Pero stable naman na sya. We just need to wait for her to wake up. For now, I'll leave you both for a while." Sabi ng doctor.

Few minutes after the doctor went out, Ysa woke up...
