"One by one, it's over this silence can't get louder," Lyric from Ten Thousand Stars
-----------------------------------------------------------
Two classes later, school was out. Kids didn't hesitate as they shoved her in order to reach the door.

I'm just a wasted life... She dismissed the thought as she forced herself to stand up and walked home.

She felt the sun rays beating on her, but she knew moving, despite feel lightheaded. By the time she opened the door, she closed it, and gripped her head.

"Ugh," she mumbled as she suddenly felt like fainting. She quickly walked to her room, changed into her pajamas, and collapsed on her bed.

Hours later, she woke up as she heard snores. What time is it? She glanced and saw that it was eleven o'clock at night.

She sighed as she dragged herself to her window. She looked at the thousands of stars and smiled to herself.

"Set ablaze, I'll shine brighter than the stars," she hummed to herself as she glanced at the stars. "Ten thousand stars, just like me," she said, almost monotone as she sighed.

"That's not happening, anytime soon," she mumbled as she stared back at the nightsky. The stars were winking, almost beckoning her to come...

She dismissed the thought and rubbed her sore left arm. "Is there someone like me?" she asked her, as she ran her fingers through her hair.

Her light pink polka dotted pajamas kept her spirit up, though as she smiled before letting out a yawn. She suddenly felt drowsy, and felt her eyelids closing.

"Must stay... Awake," she trailed off as she fell asleep on her windowsill. Her head rested peacefully on her hands, as her mind drifted off elsewhere.

The girl was near a bridge as she took off her schoolbag. She was fed up, and started to climb on the bridge before sitting near the edge.

"Wait! Don't do it!" a voice yelled as she turned around. Someone did care about her! However, she accidently let go, and fell to her death...

The girl quickly woke up with a jolt as her heart raced. She had an uneasy feeling in her stomach as she held her head.

"Relax, you're fine," she told herself. She then turned around and digged in her bag before finding a pencil sharper. She took the lid off, and saw the sharper.

She held it near her skin before dropping it. "Cut it out!" she whisper-yelled to herself as she slapped herself before crying.

"I'm a mess. Why, why do I exist?" she asked herself as she curled up into a ball and cried herself to sleep.

Whimpers of a heart-broken girl, that only she could hear. Life is cruel to those who don't deserve it.

Author Note,
Our previous lesson was entitled the Bully. Now, this lesson is entitled the Victim.

The Victim, is the one who suffers from the Bullies actions. They have to weight the pain of their wounds, while bearing everything that happens behind closed doors.

The victim could, like the bully, get abused, have a foster parent, deal with a single parent, and etc. We wouldn't know though, unless they told us.

Otherwise, we're just as clueless. Bullying can lead many preteens and teens to depression.

Depression can often lead (if not cured) to suicide. That's when the parents and everyone else realize that they made a mistake.

Instead, we should fix the problem before it comes to a negative solution! If you know someone who had depression, please help them out.

You could be the reason why they live longer. Recommend the suicide hotline to them, find reasons for them to keep living.

We lose precious souls everyday due to suicide and, yet we can stop it. If we all just band together as one, we can stop causing misery.

Keep a real close at your friends, hug them, say sappy things. They might look confuse at you now, but you could be saving a life.

I don't own the video in any way. I simply used it for a purpose.

I hope I was able to give you guys a better understanding. Have a great day, and I'll see you in the next chapter.
