Today, Everyone is concerned about their health and want  to be healthy in their life. Our body requires different minerals, vitamins. There is some tips to be healthy in their life.

1.Eat lots of fruits and vegetables:- Try to go for seasonal  fruits and green leafy vegetables. Green leafy vegetables are the best source of minerals. Different vegetables supplies different types of vitamins and nutrients. Add seasonal fruit and vegetables in your every meal. Vegetables like Broccoli, Beans ,Spinach ,Cucumber.

2.Eat home-made food:-Cook the food yourself. It help you to avoid eat unhealthy food , it also help you to get vitamins in proper amount even it help you to control the consumption of salt , sweet and fat.

3. Drink plenty of water:- It is important to drink more and more water. It help to reduce fats and improve your metabolism also.

4. Fats is also important:-A decent amount of fats is also important. Make a chart according to your weight that how much fats consumption is esstential for your body. Eat little fat source like almonds, nuts, avocado.

5. Say no to sugary drink :-If you want to be health and leave a healthy life , it is important to say no to sugary drink and promise yourself to never drink sugary drinks.Like alcohol, soft drinks, tea or coffee. You can skip these with healthy drinks like coconut water. Coconut water is a good source of nutrients , it is low fat health drink.
