Fallen Angel

Chapter 1

Amethyst was a young teenage girl. Always in the back of the class, always quiet. She had a secret that no one knew. She was Nephilim or also known as a fallen angel. She is practically immortal, she can do almost anything. One day, a new boy came to school, she could tell by his scent he was exactly like her, his name was Blake. She ignored him, but he looked at her and knew what was going on. Amethyst tried to ignore him, but he kept passing her notes. By the time she finally listened, there was about 10 notes on her desk. Most of them just said "Hey" or "What's up?" plus, "What's your name?". She sighed and wrote a note back saying "Hey, leave me alone." Blake ignored, wanting to get to know her. He bit his lip and wrote back "I know what you are. Please don't shut me out." Amethyst looked at the note and was in shock. She knew what he was, but she didn't know he would know about her. Amethyst decided to test it, writing back "Well what am i then you annoying prick?" she smirked and handed him the note. He laughed a little, but quietly and looked at her. Then, the bell rang so she ran out before he could talk to her. Next, they both had math and fortunately for Blake, they had math together. Again, he sat next to her and tried to talk to her, and again she ignored. Finally, Mr. Runchey said he would pick partners and unfortunately for Amethyst, she got put with Blake. She never did talk, but she wrote her answers and showed them to him, and if she was wrong she would just have to erase and write the right answer. Finally, Amethyst was lucky because she got to go to Chorus, while Blake had to go to Study Hall. Blake just sat in the back and started drawing on his hand, and in his notebook.

Now, lunchtime, or for Amethyst, a living nightmare. She could never find a table to sit at by herself. Hoping for a table with just one chair, she walked in. She was lucky and found one so she set all her stuff down. Anyways, people usually don't sit with her, she sits with other people. Blake saw her and tried to pull up a chair, but the teacher stopped him "You are not supposed to move the chairs, if she wants to sit with you she will move to your table. Anyways, i'm pretty sure Amethyst wants to sit by herself. Am I correct?" Mr. Schon looked at her. Amethyst nodded her head quickly, hoping to be left alone. Blake sighed and sat by some other guys. The popular guys, Keegan, Lucas, Michael, Nate, Hunter, Noah, Jake, etc. Amethyst tried to hide her face, seeing Blake pointing at her. They laughed and started pointing at her, as if asking "Are you serious?" Amethyst just hid her face and ate her salad. People always laughed at her for being a vegetarian and being quiet. She just ignored and walked away. Everyone always said "Why don't you talk nerd?" or "Cat got your tongue?" She knew just to walk away because she didn't want to get into any fights. Except, one day, the one day she got in-school suspension. Someone punched her and she fell. She was sick and tired of being made fun of and she fought back. Amethyst ended with a black eye and a bloody nose, and the other guy ended with a headache from getting punched. She had to talk to the principal. "I'm not going to deal with getting made fun of and punched! I'm going to fight back to show i'm not a wimp and they shouldn't mess with me!" Amethyst shouted at her. She got in-school suspension for 4 days. One day for arguing, three days for fighting.

After that, she just stopped talking to everyone, hoping she could just shut everyone out and not have to deal with them. But now that Blake wants to talk to her, his friends are going to bother her too. Amethyst just has to make Blake NOT like her. She just thinks "How?". She starts writing ideas in her notebook when the bell rings. She walked down the halls quickly but quietly while hiding her face. She sat down in health hoping Blake wasn't in her class. The bell rang and he wasn't in class. She sighed with relief. They started their lesson when, unfortunately, Blake walked in. "Sorry, I was at the counselor's office." He gave the teacher his pass and sat down a few seats away from Amethyst, not realizing she was in his class. Again, she sighed with relief and got to work. He looked over and saw her, he smiled and scooted a seat over, but the teacher saw. "Blake, move back please." Mrs. Schreck said.

Blake sighed and went back to his seat. He sighed and started writing on the desk, then erasing it. He doesn't like homework, but then again, he didn't like doing his work. There was one thing he liked, reading. He loved to read. He pulled out his book and decided to read instead. Again, he got in trouble for not doing his work. Blake just sat back and got his work out. Finally, the bell rang so they went to their last class, Advisory.

Amethyst walked to advisory while hiding her face, and avoiding everyone around her as much as possible. But then, she ran into some of the popular kids, Keegan, Michael, and Noah. She looked up at them and walked around them, but Noah turned around and pushed her. She looked at them, but decided to ignore them. She picked up her stuff and walked to Advisory. Fortunately, Blake was not in her class. She decided to just kick back and read. After class, she went to her locker and grabbed her stuff quickly, so she wouldn't run into Blake. Blake was by the shortcut she used to get to the bus, so she went the long way.
