It happened in a blur. One second, Jimin was walking towards Kai, and then the next second, his cronies were on top of him, trying very hard to knock Jimin down. Jimin tried pushing past them to get to Kai, but the four of them flanked him on all sides, making it near impossible to get through their walls.

As Rose ran back to hide behind a dumpster, she was watching the fight from afar. She wanted so badly to help Jimin out, but it seemed he was handling it well. The first guy was down in a matter of seconds, though he didn't seem to be moving anymore when he hit the ground.

Right then, Rose noticed Kai slip past their fighting as he made a beeline towards her. Eyes widening, she threw her hands up defensively as she backed away from the dumpster and into more open space. She created enough distance between her and Kai, and he just smiled at her efforts as she held her hands clenched into fists. She glared at him, her eyes blazing and her heart beating out of her chest.

"Cute." Kai said, before launching himself at Rose.

She swerved left as his arm came from the right, and ducked under his swing. Then while coming up, she attacked him with an uppercut, making contact with his chin. Kai groaned as he stumbled backward, holding his jaw. He looked slightly uncomfortable as Rose smirked at his surprised expression.

"Huh, stronger than you look. But sadly, no match for me." Kai said smugly, advancing again slowly towards Rose.

The moment didn't last long. Rose evaded his punches and jabs while she targeted his weak spots. He leaned more on his right leg than his left, meaning there could be a wound there. She attacked there often, as well as his neck and lower abdomen. A few good hits made contact with his face that left bloody cuts staining all over. He hadn't hit her yet, but when she brought her leg up to kick his groin, he caught it before she could make contact. A grin emerged on his face as Rose's turned white. She slowly looked up at his crazed eyes.

With one swift move, Kai flipped her to the ground, and managed to lift her up high enough to hit her body against the dumpster. Fuck. Rose felt the wind knock out of her, as well as a few dark bruises form quickly on her back and side. Blood welled up inside her mouth and she spit it out quickly, tasting metal on her tongue.

"Rose!"

She heard Jimin's voice yell her name. Rose glanced up hazily, feeling dazed, and saw his face turned towards her, looking worried. But he had to turn back to fight the man who was holding onto him, punching him straight into his nose and continuing on.

In her weakened state, Rose forced her arms to push her body upwards, and positioned herself in a defensive stance again. She sluggishly wiped her mouth with the back of her hand and glared daggers at Kai, who was smiling once again. But he didn't linger for long before attacking Rose.

This time, she made sure she was more prepared. She blocked and parried his punches in split seconds, ending the banter with a palm heel strike to the nose. Rose heard something crack as Kai's head whipped backward and he groaned loudly, his hands coming up to cover his face.

Rose saw his face twist in a pained expression, but it quickly turned cold as he stared at her again, fire in his eyes and blood oozing out of his nose.

"You bitch!" He exclaimed, launching his full body at her.

All Rose did was duck under his open arms and kick at his stomach. She managed to land a few more hits, but made the mistake of coming up too high for him to return the favor. He evaded her swing and wrapped his arms around her waist, tackling her onto the wall behind her and holding her down.

Rose kneed his stomach, but Kai held on, kicking her shin and jabbing at her ribs and face. His hands found her wrists and pinned them against the wall. He also leaned all of his weight onto her feet, planting her entire body down in his grip. Kai held her tightly and Rose squirmed around to escape, craning her neck to the side to avoid his hot breath on her face.
