Chapter 5
I shared story after story with Rylan. From the earth's creation to Jesus's birth,death, and resurrection. Unexpectedly Rylan jumped from his seat and yelled "I understand now!"
When suddenly memories shot me in the heart, I burst into tears and ran back to my bedroom. I woke up with covers tucked tightly along my sides, and a short bearded man standing above me holding a book.
I tugged on my right arm and realized I couldn't move. "HEY!" I shouted everyone around me jumped up and started praising God and praying.
