When The World Ends

I feel the world changing everywhere I go.

Before you know it, nothing, we will know.

Don’t decide to change everything,

Because lately nothing seems to be going our way.

The rain is falling at a fast pace,

Counting the tears shed from upon their face.

The world has never been a nice place;

The difference is set between time and space.

Don’t make me turn around to teach you-

Because no one tells the truth.

They’re hiding behind a mask of suffocation,

Knowing they will never rise with no sense of concentration.

I’m telling you this because this is the world we see.

Don’t try to change who I am; I’m me.

When we fall down through the hole at the end,

I’ll always know it was you who sent me in.
