there was silence in the quiet woods, except for the crunch of leaves and the light blowing of the wind, the source of the crunching leaves? it was mugman, carelessly walking through the woods he and his brother lived in. unfortunately their home was uncomfortably close- for mugman at least- it was also quite annoying to have it there, his brother, cuphead would constantly pester him about going there, using excuses like 'we could earn some extra cash' or 'we can show off our special skills muggy!' of course, mugs would always reject his constant requests to go to the casino.

but today was different.

as mugman entered their house they were renting, he was greeted by a cuphead with a sly grin I immediately got the urge to just say no without even letting him speak

" cup? what's with that look?"
"oh nothing muggy don't worry about it"

"yyyeeeeah now I worry, I worry a lot"
they both held In their laughter from what mug said.

"so, mugs.... I found a way to make it so you can no longer say no to going to the casino!"

before mugman could even interrupt his brother continued

"we got 50 bucks, and we need 500 by next week, you already know mugs that we ain't gonna have the money by then, our only choice is to go to the casino and home we can earn the money there"

mugs tensed slightly which is what he always did when he argued or was in a conversation about something important and he was about to point something out, or it was just important in general, he hesitated, for mugs knew his brother was right. there was no way that he and his brother could get the money in time, when the mug relaxed cup had already taken that as ' he won and his brother lost', mugs couldn't help but chuckle as cup threw a fist into the air in victory

they were going to the casino
