Sam's POV:
~thursday morning~
So this is what its like to have a period...I hate it! How do humans girls deal with this! Blood is literally coming out of me! How am I not dying?! Fuck I really should have paid attention in health class last year! And to top it off my wolf has gone A-wall she is scratching to go out on a run and to umm..do very inappropriate things with Chase. Thank god I have great control over my wolf! I hate pads but I'd rather bleed from downtown than be in heat. I drive me and Fawn to school in the car because she said and I quote " I am never sitting on that death machine again!" which by the way is totally false because I will get her on it again I just have to wait for the perfect time! hehehehe! So anyway I was wearing my favorite outfit and not to sound girly but it really boosted my confidence.(picture on the side) We pull into school and hop out the car. We then hear the bell ring and we look at each other. WE ARE LATE! Now I know that doesn't sound so bad but have Mrs. Whip for our first class which was history. She is the meanest bitch I've ever met that I wasn't aloud to smack. She gave a kid a detention for dropping a pencil! A FUCKING PENCIL!! We bolt to class and surprisingly made it on time...
After a crap history class, math class and Gym I head to my 4th hour class which is AP Environment. Joy. I sit next to Ally who by the way is my lab partner and in a senior class. Talk about being a smart-ass. Slowly Mrs. Able entered the class room and quickly told to shut up. She then stated we would do a project on an environment and do a model or poster of it. Our partner was our lab partner. So it was Fawn and Nick, Me and Ally and Dustin and Chase. Thank god they didn't make us be their lab partners!
"So what environment do you want to do?" Ally asks me
"Forests its right outside our door." I quickly reply
Ally nods and dashes over to Mrs.Able to get the environment we want.
~Lunch aka: 5th hour~
I was eating lunch with my friends right? So that's normal, but you know what isn't normal? Chase and Dustin sitting with us! Like what the fuck is that about!? I stare out the window refusing to talk to Mr. Alpha over here. Jack was sick today and I was actually sad about that he was a cool guy. Suddenly I see something move, but I smell it before I can find it. Rogues, I stiffen considerably and my eyes finally land on them. 7 male rogues all staring directly at me with devious smirks. I whimper involuntarily causing Chase to look at me. His eyes follow mine and he growls and quickly Nick, Dustin and Chase leave. I stand up and I run into the bathroom and I think of who I need to call. Derek, my brother. I quickly dial his number. The phone rings and I get his answering machine. I repeat this process 5 times with no luck. The bell rings and I sigh in frustration as I run back to the lunch room and head to class
~Skip child development~
Chase and Dustin didn't come back and I was freaking out. What if they got killed or something!? I walk to my locker and I see Fawn waiting for me. How in the hell did she get to her locker so fast and then come to mine before I even get there!?
"Hey!' Fawn says as I walk up to her
"Sup" I smile
"I have to stay after school." Fawn blurts
"How late and what for?" I quiz her
"Soccer informational meeting until 4:30 but I'm staying at the library and doing my homework until then and after that I have to go to Nick's to work on the project until 7" She informs me
"How do you plan on getting to Nick' and getting home?" I ask
"I'll walk" She states in a 'duh' tone
"No you will not! It will be dark by then! Take the car and I'll walk!" I say
"But-" I cut her off
"No buts missy now go on!" I say shooing her off
I walk outside and down the side walk only to see Ally walking by herself.
"Hey Ally!" I shout running up to her
"What are you doing out early?" I ask
"Well, my last 2 classes are study hall and drivers ed. but today isn't my day to drive so its another studyhall." She explains
"Your skipping?" I quire
"No, I asked and they said it was fine." She shrugs
"Do you wanna go to my place and work on the project?" I question
"I guess since Nick isn't here." She smiles
"Wow I'm hurt you would choose him over me?!" I fake hurt
"Sorry but he is a better kisser" She laughs
"Ouch that one hurt Ally!" I fake cry
"Whatever!" She grins
"Come on I know a short-cut!" Ally says after a couple moments of silence and I nod
We go behind a couple of buildings and we come to a fairly big park. There was a brown, well i wouldn't call it a building, but it has a side for public bathrooms and on the other side its where they keep the landscape equipment. In between it has some pillars and picnic tables. The playground looked kind of cool I guess I was to big for half the stuff there though. we were walking in the field area that basically only had a few trees. I heard laughing and I snap my head towards the sound. I stiffen, this is not good. I come to a halt and I grab Ally's arm pulling her back.
"What is it?" She asks taking in my stressed appearance.
"What do you smell?" I question quietly. Ally sniffs the air and freezes
"Rogues." She whispers looking at them. One looks up and nudges the other nodding in our direction
"Shit, Ally I need you to get out of here and find some help." I rush
"What are you crazy I am not leaving you hear there are 5 of them!" She defies
"You don't know how to fight you'd only get hurt! Just go get Nick or go home okay?" I reason
"I-" She gets cut off
"Well, well, well look what we have here boys." The leader smugly smirks
"Run Ally!' I shout She doesn't waste a minute and runs as fast as she can.
A guy tries to run after her I step infront of him "Oh no pretty boy if you want to get to her we are gonna have to dance first." I growl.
"Have it your way sweetheart." one cackles changing into his wolf
Thats when I realize something. I can't shift. I am up against five guys alone and I can't shift.As my main man Nick Fury once said "I'm hopelessly, hilariously outgunned."
In that moment they lunged at me.
