A Restart//Yoonmin

Chapter 8

Daisy's POV

I slowly walked toward the girl lockers. Before I peeked in I could hear Jen saying, "Don't worry baby! But you might wanna duck pretty quick." With hearing that I slowly peeked in to see Jimin go to the floor and cover his ears. I quickly looked a Jen who was smiling proudly and I saw that she was holding a pistol. I almost gasped but quickly covered my mouth before she could hear me. I quickly backed away hoping that she didn't see me nor hear me.

All of a sudden before I could peek in again. I heard a gunshot then followed by glass falling. Which relieved me that she didn't shoot Jimin.  I quickly peeked in to only see Jen shooting the rest of the windows and poor Jimin squeezing his ears more tighter. I couldn't tell if he had his eyes closed. After it had gone quiet again I saw Jen grab her knife and cut Jimin's cheek. I was starting to get mad that she was now hurting Jimin and scaring him even more but I knew I couldn't do anything due to the fact that if I did I could put Jimin in danger. 

I quickly walked away and started to jog back to the cafeteria knowing that if I stayed there I could get caught. As soon as I walked in I had all of the heads turned toward me. I had assumed that they had heard the gunshots. 

"It wasn't me...stay on guard..." I mumbled hoping for no one to hear me as I was walking toward the table where my brother was still sitting at.

"What happened!? What was that sound? Was that a gun?! Is Jimin okay?! Where is Jimin?!" I started to get questioned bombed by everyone at that table including my brother which surprised me. Before I could answer I was interrupted by a gunshot and glass falling.

"She's here..." I mumbled a little to loudly since I got all 4 of the boys heads to turn to me with a confused look. All of a sudden someone screamed getting the attention of everyone. 

I quickly called 911 while the chaos was going on. The operator couldn't hear me but I just said track my phone and bring an ambulance.  I saw some figure walking in with a smirk on their face. I had assumed it was Jen since she was dragging someone behind her which turned out to be Jimin. There were some gasps here and there since Jen was really popular. They went down though when there was a gunshot then was also followed by glass falling. At this point everyone was staring at the two.

All of a sudden you could hear Jen say "Aw baby don't cry! It'll be over really soon." I immediately panicked since I reached to grab my brother's hand. He also looked for my hand. We held hands which was an often thing we did when we or when one of us were nervous or scared. 

 "Don't you even dare try to push me because I will not hesitate to shoot you or stab you, my love?" I was getting angry at the fact that she was able to just threaten Jimin like that. I started to braid my hair which was never a good sign. I always did that when I was getting ready to attack someone or start a fight. I assumed my brother had noticed since he just gave me a nod.

All of a sudden you could hear someone yell which made me turn to face where the voice came from. It was Jimin.  

 "H-how can you still call me that when your basically trying to murder me!?" He yelled which I assumed made Jen mad since she started to choke Jimin and from here it looked like she was squeezing Jimin's neck really hard even though it was for only a few seconds. When she let go she dropped Jimin on the floor. Jimin was struggling to get air which made me get up and start to get ready to run and tackle Jen incase of anything that could go wrong.

All of a sudden I froze when I saw Jen pointing the gun at Jimin. It looked like Jimin had accepted his fate but it looked like he slowly opened his eyes when Jen had removed the gun from him. He was there only welcomed by a smile coming from Jen. What Jen had said next surprised me.

 "Ah, Jiminnie I can't shoot you but what I can do is shoot myself. I love you forever and ever Jimin." She pointed the gun at herself as soon as I saw that I ran toward her and tackled her onto the floor. I had barely made it in time since she was getting ready to pull the trigger till I tackled her onto the floor. I grabbed her wrist and pinned them against her head. I didn't even hear Jimin scream at Jen to stop. I turned to face Jimin only to see he had fainted. I panicked even more.

"Yoongi! Or ANYONE! HELP JIMIN! TAKE HIM OUTSIDE RIGHT NOW!"

I could feel Jen struggling to grab the gun still. I made her throw the gun far from her. I turned and saw Jimin's friends and including my brother were all around him trying to wake him up. He still had blood on his cheek due to Jen cutting him.

"Take him outside! It's better for him! The ambulance should be arriving so-" While I was giving instructions to Jimin's friends I was welcomed by the sound of an ambulance and of a police car. I sighed in relief knowing that this was over. I looked at Jin who was smirking at me.

"Everyone get out! Go outside or leave if the police want to ask you questions tell them to look for me!" I yelled and saw people running or speed walking out of the cafeteria. I also noticed that my brother was no longer by Jimin's side he was by mine. I looked up at him who looked down at me smiling at me meaning I did a good job. I gave him a signal to go with Jimin and take him out. He did as I said, telling everyone to take Jimin to the ambulance.

I looked at Jen who was still smirking at me, "You're stupid Daisy. Your stupid for actually thinking I didn't see you peeking at us in the girls locker room..." I was mad at the fact that she knew I was there and didn't decide to say something when I knew this could've been different.

"Go ahead and slap me. You want to." She was right I definitely wanted to and I did. I back slapped her. She laughed at me but nodded.

"Good job. Now take me to the police." She smiled at me. I was disgusted at the fact she could still smile.

"Why did you do this,Jen?! You don't actually love Jimin right?"

"I did actually...but I wanted him to feel the pain I felt when I loved him in high school." She sighed as if she was rethinking everything. "I lied to him and told him that I wanted to kill you. I don't think you heard that since we were whispering. You know Daisy this boy is very special...he has some way of making you rethink everything. Honestly I was going to shoot him but I couldn't when I realized that he was really scared and, he was shutting his eyes closed. That's all really. Could I actually bring myself to shoot myself? Yes since I knew I was gonna get stopped anyway. Now take me to the cops. I'm ready to leave now."

I nodded and stood her up. We walked outside only to be welcomed by the ambulance, a couple of news reporters, and the police which I handed Jen too. They thanked me for handling this situation without having anyone else injured. I nodded. I was more surprised when they told me I should join the police. I just nodded once more before excusing myself to ride in the ambulance which they were waiting for me to get on since Jimin's friends didn't want them to leave me behind.
