Chapter 2: Arriving at New York

 ~~~Peter's POV~~~

    *beep*

    *beep*

    *beep*

    My alarm clock alarmed and I hit the button that makes the alarm stop and opened my eyes and stretched my arms and legs and check the time on my alarm clock it says '8:00 am'  I got up in bed and went to the bathroom to take a bath.

    As I got into the bathroom I locked the door and undress myself and went into the shower and closed the curtains and turned on the shower and switched it into 'cold'.

       "I arrived at New York yesterday at 8:00 pm, Margaux." I told my friend,Margaux, who always ask how I am, she doesn't oftenly calls me even I'm away at England and she's one of my trusted friends on kindergarten so for me I don't treat her just a friend I treat her like my bestfriend. "Really? You arrived yesterday I thought your going to arrive today?" she said on the phone she really did fall for that."You, really did fall for my joke didn't you? What a shame, darling." I said trying to sound like a rich british woman from one of the movies I saw. "Shut up." she said trying not to laugh from the other line. "Okay, I will. I want to see the wonderful view of New York." I said because I want to see New York than better than last night.

      Because last night I got tired from my flight and I didn't even bother to watch the view of New York not even the billboards and I want to see it better because New York is my beautiful home and I haven't feel home not even since I left to go to England for my studies. The news say there are a lot of thing going on New York like a masked man in a red and blue costume name 'Spider-Man'  saving New York helping people. I shook my head off as I watched the wonderful view of New York.

   This is it, this is New York after my twin sister, Gwen Stacy, died I was the one who wil be replacing her place in Oscorp as a Chief Intern because Gwen and I have something in common being smart and charismatic and also we share a lot of things together she even told me that she and her boyfriend, Peter Parker, sometimes argue and don't get along but they get along together again. I sighed as I remembered the time when my mom called me when I was in England and told me that Gwen died.

***Flashback***

   I was at the airport waiting for Gwen and I was excited because Gwen was coming to England because she recieved a scholarship from England and she will be studying here with me and I am so excited that I can't even keep calm because the last time she emailed me she said she missed our Twin Sister Bonding Time or as we like to call it TwiSis Bonding Time and I told her that I also missed her, too.

  The last time she went to England was six months ago and it's been a long time since we've seen each other. "The British Airways may be delayed a little longer because there is a major black out in New York City. Thank you."  What?! You've got to be kidding me. I sighed as I checked the time on my phone it says '7:00 pm'  it's late I should be eating dinner with Gwen right now. 

  To preoccupy myself I decided to sit on a bench and opened my bag to read 'The Fault In Our Stars' book by John Green, I don't really read a lot of  teenage romantic books but when the first time I saw the trailer I was confused about the story but when I searched the plot of 'The Fault In Our Stars' on Wikipedia I was interested abou the story and bought the book on the nearest book store near my apartment and started reading it I just bought it three days ago and now I'm on the middle part of the story the part when Hazel Grace and Augustus have me Van Houten for the first time in Amsterdam and I'm totally inloved with it.

  After hours felt like minutes I checked the time on my phone and it says '9:00 pm' wow! I've been reading the book for two hours and I'm still in the part when Hazel and Augutus goes back to Indianapolis and Augutus confess that his cancer has returned. I'm such a slow reader.
