"She vanished and many say shes dead, but is her child dead?Many say the child will return and seek reving on everyone.She/He was born to be the most beautifullest, smartest,and powerful thing in the whole world.No one-".I was stopped by a loud knock.I hurried and put the book away but, before I could say come in the door came flying open."Where were you!"i'm guessing the king/Jacob's dad asked"W-what are you talking about"I stuttered. The way he looked at me made me uncomfortable.His body language said one thing but the way he stared at me said another.He looked as if he wanted to hurt me or someone else."You're supposed to be cleaning and cooking down stairs to prepare for the ball"he spoke so proper,annoying,and rudely"To prepare for the ball"I mimicked him under my breath.Before I could move a pair of hands wrapped around my throat and I struggled to breath"I am this close to killing you.I don't have time for your games and when I let go you are gonna go down there and clean.UNDERSTAND!?!?"he shouted scaring me so much that I closed my eyes"Yes"I cryed letting a cold tear roll down my face.He let me go and I ran out of the room.

Jacob Pov

"What about her safety"I whispered through the phone trying my hardest not to be loud"But-"I stopped"Okay..bye"I ended the conversation.I sat on my bed and sighed.My father entered my room and I looked up at him and back at the ground."Are you ready?'he asked"I don't think I can do this"I said sighing and thinking about what might happen"Well you will..and I told your dumb ass to not get attached but, you had to have it your way.Have it done before midnight"he said walking out of the room.

I got dressed fixing my bow tie and looking in the mirror and staring at myself. I know that im gonna regret what i'm about to do but, its for the best.I sat down on my bed staring at the clock and waited for nine thirty.Right now its nine twenty-seven.I heard a light knock on my door and I sat up and brushed my self off."Come in"I said"In came a girl, but not just any girl.A beautiful girl she had curly hair that stopped at the middle of her back,she wore a black dress that sparkled even though it was dark,it fit her just right.Her curves were perfect and she looked beautiful from every curl in her hair down to the way she stood.I couldn't help but stare at how beautiful she was."Uum your dad said t-that you're not coming down at nine thirty instead its ten"she said rubbing her arm awkwardly looking down"Come here"I gestured ignoring what she just said"She walked over slowly to me not lifting her head up.I stood up over her and lifted her chin up with my hand."Yn?"I asked"I know I look silly please don't remind me"she smiled"No you look just fine,you look beautiful"I whispered the last part.

I laughed along with Yn as I tickled her.Her laugh was amazing it made me a thousand times happier just to hear her laugh.I stopped and she smiled at me.I smiled back and it quickly faded as I thought about tonight."Whats wrong?"she asked"I ne-"I was interrupt by my door flying open and we both looked towards it."Its time Jacob"a man said sticking his head in the room I shook my head and got up to leave the room and Yn slowly trailed behind me.

Yn Pov

I walked out of the room and saw a crowd of people standing at the end of the stair case as if they were waiting for someone and I guess they were because when Jacob stood at the railing the crowd roared and it got louder as Nani stood next to him.She looked back at me and smirked.She turned back around and pressed her lips up against Jacob's cheeks.I was furious and what made it worse was that I saw him blush.I slowly walked backwards until I disappeared into the dark shadows.I guess this is where I belong,in the dark shadows.

An hour Later

"Yn go and put these on the table"I was told to do.I walked over to the table and sat the snacks on the table.Since that was the last thing I had to do until the food was ready I walked to the back of the huge room and sat in a chair in the corner.I guess i'm ok since i'm in my own little corner in my own little chair.I probably jinxed myself because soon enough three boys walked over to me.I put my head down and pretended I didn't see them.Before I knew it I was buried in darkness by their bodies blocking me from seeing light.

"What are you doing over here by yourself"A boy with short curly hair asked me binding down to my height.I didn't answer him because I really didn't have an answer. He lifted up my head and looked at me for a long while until I snatched my face away,feeling awkward as he stared at me.

He laughed"I don't think she heard me"he said looking at his "friends" and back at me.They also laughed along with him

"What are you doing over here by yourself"he spoke to me pronouncing every word properly and slowly like I was dumb

"Leave me alone"I said in almost a whisper

"Don't be like that baby"a boy with braids said rubbing on my arms

I pushed his arm away and they all started touching me.Rubbing my thighs,trying to pull up my dress, and constantly touching my face.I tried pushing through them but they were too big,I screamed, but it seemed like my crys only turned into whispers against the everyone in the room.

"Please,stop"I begged as they tossed me around.All they did was laugh at my pain and I quietly cryed.

Jacob Pov

I sat in my thrown sipping my juice and watched as people bowed down to me and brought me gifts.I put on a fake smile and sipped on my juice.I was working on my tenth cup and I was getting bored. I just stop caring and I started to look around the ball room until I saw Chres, Elijah,and Rayan pushing around a girl.I smirked and shook my head at how immature they are I looked closer and I noticed they were pushing Yn.I stood up and walked over to them not taking my eyes off of them.I ignored everyone that got in my way by pushing them or dodging them.I pushed Elijah from off of Yn and pulled her up and she hugged me.

"Whats going on?"I asked"We just playing around"Chres answered"Mhmm"I said walking away with Yn in my arms.I looked up at the clock and it said 11:45 and the servers started bringing out food."I have to go"she said beginning to walk away"No stay"I pulled her back"But, I-"I stopped her"Its fine"I told her"Okay"she said unsure"I have to show you something"I said pulling her out of the ball room.Before I left I could see my father smirk at me and I put my head down and sighed.I led her to a room in the back of the mansion.There were old pictures and jewelry in there.The chairs were dirty and there were dusty books.There was an old radio in the back of the room and I turned on some music.She turned around and looked at me.I thot walked over to her and she laughed"What are you doing?!"she laughed"We gone turn up by ourselves"I smiled"Wouldn't you rather turn up with Nani?"she asked looking down"Now you know I don't like her"I told her"Mhmmmmmmmmmm"she said.A slow song came on and I pulled her closer to me.She put her arms around my neck and I held her waist as she laid her head on my shoulder."Ten more seconds until midnight!"we heard from the ball room"Shouldn't we be down there?"she asked"I don't wanna be in there with all those loud people"I told her.

"And the death of the princess"I whispered"Wait what?"she asked.When she lifted her head up I held a knife up to her neck pushing her against the wall"Jacob!What are you doing?"she asked terrified"Look this is hard for me to"I said as my voice cracked and a tear fell down my face.Tears were rushing down her face as her face turned red"Please!Don't do this!"she begged"I have to"I said pushing the knife closer to her neck"Stop!"she yelled pushing the knife out of my hand.It slid under the closet door and I tried opening it but it was locked.I walked over to her as she bagged up into a corner trapping herself.I punched, kicked,and slapped her around until she passed out.I checked her pulse and she was dead.I walked out of the room and left.
