Cloudy Lemonade
You will need…
1 litre of chilled fizzy water
2 whole and unwaxed lemons cut into eighths
4 x 15ml tablespoons of caster sugar and ice cubes
(Add raspberries for pink lemonade [optional])
How to make
Put the water, lemon and sugar into a blender in 2 batches and blitz until the lemon is pureed, pour it through a sieve and into a jug, then pour in into tumblers filled with ice.
Serves 4-6
