I never knew that I could feel this way about anyone else. From when I was three, I was living with my only elder brother Josh and Ashton. Ashton was our cousin brother, or that was what I was told. He always took all decisions and Josh would always listen to him. I hated him, at first, but later on I learnt to do whatever he told me to. Ashton was the final word for all of us but I never minded it. I never felt odd that he was dominating us so much. It just felt natural, in a way.

On the whole, we were three teenagers living together happily: Or at least that was what the whole world thought. No one knew, and nor should they ever know that we were werewolves. We had special powers and we were as different from humans as it was possible to be. I liked to be prettier, stronger and faster than all the girls and most of the guys around and although Josh and Ashton would both remind me that there were other werewolves to be aware of I never took them seriously. After all, in all of my seventeen years, I had not come across any werewolves apart from my brothers. However, that was going to change.

Even after I had begged both my brothers and told them that I did not want to go to college they did not agree. It wasn’t fair. They never went to college themselves. I know that they had a lot of other things to look after. Mostly we were always shifting places every two years. They had to make sure that the people around did not realize anything weird in us. They think I should not compromise in my studies. They have always done that. They tried to give me everything they could. It really sucks being the youngest one and the girl in the family: With two strong overly protective guys like Josh and Ashton, it is worse.
