Everyone has scars. Some more than most and that's okay. We respect those. We know our boundaries when talking about sensitive subjects. Emotions are okay. They are wanted. They are needed. They teach you lessons. Emotions, I mean. Some lessons you won't be able to forget. Scars caused by abuse, yourself, bullies, whatever the case, they make up who you are today.
They are a reminder you can't get rid of that. Are you ready to live with that?

Hayley had to deal with her baby sister, Ellison, dying as well as her mother in a fatal car crash. Everyone has scars, So many scars. Scars that were caused by her father, herself, her mother, the boy next door and her bullies.

Hayley was classed as the school nerd. But she didn't care about labels or names, until Jason. After living only with her abusive father for ten years Hayley was ready for a friend.

Jason planned on being the next bad boy at the local high school after moving in from London. With a charming accent, he was sure to please everyone's little hearts, his good looks and great charm he was sure it would happen quickly.

When Hayley is asked by Jason's Mother, Leanne, to babysit Jason's five year old sister, Olivia, Hayley starts seeing more and more of Jason. He starts controlling her heart and she's so clueless she doesn't have any idea how hard she'll be crushed.

Will she find love? A friend? Or a complete heartbreak in the making?
And will Jason finally get to hear her voice?
