What you do here is make 2 parents using ONLY the randomize buttons that look like dice and press each 5 times. You can't use makeup and skin details. Then you take those two parents and randomize their genetics 5 times. You end up with a daughter or son that you can add whatever you want to (except skin details) without changing any of their facial features.
