Ashley Purdy's Angel

So this is a supernatural story. It's about an Angel named Jaylee, and how she became Ashley Purdy's daughter.

Jaylee's POV

How great am I? I just got tickets to a band called Black Veil Brides, and let me tell you, I would love to have one of them for my parent. See, here's a little secret, I'm an angel. Not just any angel, I'm a forgotten angel, which means that in order to become a dark angel or in this case half dark and half light angel, someone must find me. I'm also an orphan and I'm 14 about to turn 15. My name is Jaylee and I have electric blue, shoulder length hair, eyes that change with my mood (green-scared, Blue-happy, Pink-confused, purple-feeling loved, bright orange-in love, black-protective, red-annoyed or angry, and grey-sad.) I wear black tank tops, black studded leather gloves, black studded leather boots and black skinny jeans that I tuck into my boots. I also wear purple glasses. I've been adopted 5 times and all times been returned because of being me. I heard that we had visitors and was curious to see who they were. "Jaylee, please come down and meet the visitors." Olivia, my best friend/main carer said. She knows everything about me, even that I'm an angel that loves BVB. "Coming!" I said as I heard a familiar deep voice say "I wonder what Jaylee looks like." Holy Shit! Andy is down there with the rest of the band! I walked into the living room and noticed they were watching TV waiting for me. Me, of all people to wait for, I'm flattered! Jinxx was the first to notice I was in the room. "Well guys, I think you're about to get your answer as to what Jaylee looks like." "Hi, I'm Jaylee, I'm 14 and I'm not your normal teenager." I said trying to mentally calm myself down so I wouldn't scream out of joy. Ashley looked at me and had a shocked look on his face when we locked eyes. I finally figured out that my eyes kept changing from blue to green. shit! Andy got up and walked over to me. Shit, I can hardly contain my screams of joy! "Hey, Olivia, Jaylee looks like she'd fit into our life style. What do you guys think?" Andy said and got a lot of "yeses" from everyone. "Does that mean you want to adopt me?!" "Yes. Ash can go help you pack while I sign papers if you want." I nodded after Andy said that. Ash literally threw me on his back and ran up the stairs with me. I showed him my room and he put me down. "So, Jaylee, got anything you can't reach?" "Yeah, all my posters on the wall over there." I said smiling like an idiot. "I have a question and I want you to be honest with me. I noticed that your eyes changed between green and blue multiple times, how does that happen?" "Will you promise not to freak out if I tell you?" "Yeah" Ash said. I took a deep breath and said "I'm a forgotten angel. So with that being said my eyes change with my mood. Green-scared, Blue-happy, Pink-confused, purple-feeling loved, bright orange-in love, black-protective and red-angry or annoyed also grey-sad. Since you adopted me, pretty soon I won't be a forgotten angel, I'll be a dark angel of light, because I'm half dark angel and half light angel." I said as Ash smiled with every word. "You're something special then. Well, should you tell the others or should I?" "No need to tell us, we heard it. Its really cool actually. Hey Ash can you go sign the rest of the papers, they need everyone's signature." "Sure, help her finish packing." Ash said and walked out.

Andy's POV

"We adopted an angel, like a legit angel! This is fucking cool!" I said as I hugged Jaylee. I saw her eyes turn purple and it made me happy. Jinxx, Jake, CC and I helped her finish packing. She ran to her closet and took out four cases. "I almost forgot my instruments." She said as she opened the cases. One was a rhythm guitar, the second was a bass guitar, the third was a violin and the last was a microphone stand decorated with skulls and signed by the whole band. I smiled and helped her pick them up and take them to the bus. See what we really did wasn't sign papers, we just acted like we were. Everyone knew Ash was wanting to adopt a kid because he didn't want to marry. See Ash knows that if he adopted a kid, he'd have to spend time, not practicing, drinking or banging different girls. Ash walked onto the bus smirking. "So I see you didn't sign anything. Thanks, Jaylee is my daughter now." Ash Said with a smile. Jaylee was writing stuff down in a note book with her guitar out. She'd strum something then write. "What are you doing?" "Writing a song. Why?" Jaylee said without looking up from writing. "Cause we wanna help!" CC said excitedly. "It's called Dark Side." Jaylee said. (I know Kelly Clarkson wrote it but bear with me.) "There's a place, that I know, it's not pretty there and few have ever gone. If I show it to you now, will it make you run away? Will you stay, even if it hurts? Even if I try to push you out will you return? And remind me who I really am, please remind me who I really am. Everybody's got a dark side, do you love me? Can you love mine? Nobody's a picture perfect, but you know that we're worth it." Jaylee sang. That was beautiful. We were in awe. Ash smiled and said "That was beautiful. You should sing more often. You're really talented, now you just need to learn how to play some other instruments and you'll be all good." "I already play bass, violin, rhythm guitar and I'm learning how to play the drums but I'm failing miserably." Jaylee said, putting her guitar away. I swear CC was going to tackle her in a hug. "I will help you! You can learn from the best!" CC said pointing to himself. "Yay! Thank you CC!" She said jumping up and down like a child.
