I'm a normal person
I get up
I go to school
I have friends
And a job
I didn't realize how in touch i was
With being normal
From a preteen with high aspirations and a will to stand out
One who found out that their purpose didn't matter
One who wanted to be so different
To an anxious almost adult who wants so desperately
For people to like her
And who wants to be loved by someone
But doesn't know the who or the why
