Hatzel and Gils were dating before Hatzel graduated college last year, when Gils was 15 and Hatzel 23 years old. They dated for a year, and when they broke up, Hatzel found a girl called Stassie. Gils stopped wondering about Hatzel after 2 months or three, but she still suffered for him. Now after a year, Gils just stared at him and then just looked away when Hatzel glanced near her.

She just turned to the stage hoping to see Bea there, but she didn't. <<Maybe she went home>> thought Gils, before standing up and heading out, leaving her cup empty. When she was on the street, she was grabbed by someone behind her and she turned around, seeing Hatzel grabbing her.

—Sorry, I thought you were someone else.– apologized Hatzel, not recognizing Gils, who just nodded and after Hatzel let go, she just walked off back to the fraternity.

She arrived and saw Bea about to eat a boy from architecture department. She just walked passed them, not questioning anything. She went to her bathroom and took off her makeup and contact lenses. Then she changed her clothes to pijamas and sat in front of her desk, put on her glasses and finished all the homework given that day.

When she was about to lay on her bed, she heard a bump and someone shouting. It was Bea. Gils was the first one to hurry down. She found Bea on the floor with the boy forcing Bea to have sex with him and some hits on her face. Gils, furious, got near them and grabbed the boy by one hand and hold him against the nearest wall, so she could hit him and get no scratch from it. The others soon came down, and took care of Bea since they couldn't stop Gils and don't get punched.

Gils stopped before the boy faints of so many punches and threatened him. The boy, scared, hurried away, hoping to not meet that girl again. Gils, satisfied, turned around and saw Tako figuring out how she could be so strong and smart.

Everyone in the college thought that she could be an adroid, a robot or a superhuman being. Even Gils thought she herself was one once. But she knew she wasn't. She was just any other girl, just that she doesn't feel anything. Her parents never wanted her, they had her and left her in an orphanage with Samuel. The 9 years old and a newborn baby left in an orphanage. Both, children of a genius scientist and a well known doctor, left alone in a world that wouldn't even try to help them.

As they grew, they started to grow separately, as they sent Gils to Mr. Styles. Mr. Styles is the father of the Styles twins and homeschool teacher of Gils. Gils and the twins got along very well and played together. But the twins had to go to school most of the weeks and Gils didn't. The twins stopped talking to Gils after they noticed that and Gils did not care.

Gils went back to the orphanage to get all her stuff before entering university and create A fraternity. When newcomers heard about this "A fraternity" they think of Alpha or American when it's Alterity Fraternity. And nobody wanted to join after they found out. Then, one by one, the members came in until there were the 15 members (including Tako) there. And then the parties started. Holidays parties were most of the time or birthdays.

Soon it was Christmas so everyone worked part-times to gain some money to the presents. Gils and Samuel gained money from the funds they receive of Ashmenson Industry. From that, they get expenses for the house and some presents for the rest of the members.

Some of the others, work part time jobs and the rest are either rich or have enough money in their bank accounts. The Ashmenson siblings usually decorates the house for the ball they hold every and each year no matter what. So, this year would be no exception.

They went out first to get the tree, since the one of last year got burned down in the ball as an accident of drunkards. They got a big tall one, and they bought it for a low price too so it was a win-win. Then, they went to get Christmas lights and more decorations. They went presents shopping too. They bought one present for each person in the fraternity. So, there was 13 gifts from both of them, all of them very similars to each other's presents. So, Gils and Samuel have both bought similars present for different member is what I mean.

They get home after a long day, and set up the tree in the middle of the hallway, near the stairs. Both of them searched for old decorative pieces that survived the fire of last year. The put the, on the floor and started to design the tree with all the stuff they bought. In the end, they just randomly put them in the tree. It looked good even if it didn't have any master mind behind it.

They brought some wrapping paper and wrapped their presents separately, and signed each one with the name of who it was for. Then, they put them below the tree. Before they knew, it was already morning, they have spent the whole night on that. They got ready for college, and then at the afternoon, they would rest to the next day.

They went to their first class together, history. They copied everything they had to, since the next day, they would have an essay due to and an exam for tomorrow about this day topic. Then, their next class was different, since Gils had arithmetic and Samuel had biology. They separated their ways and went to opposite directions.

Their morning classes ended and they went back to the house, changed to a comfortable clothes like a large t-shirt and some shorts for Gils and some shorts and shirtless for Samuel. They cuddled in the sofa to watch some movies. In the middle of the first one, Gils fell asleep. Samuel smiled when he saw that his little sister fell asleep. He lowered the volume and continued to watch the movie. In the end, he fell asleep cuddling Gils. The rest of the residents came back to the scene of them cuddling into each other, while a random movie played. They awed at it and quietly turned off the television and put a cover on them.
