Once I made it to Bernice house she was laid out on the floor with blood coming from her nose, she had a knot above her eyebrow and she was bleeding bad between her legs.
In no search for Marcus he left the scene not even looking for him I called the police.
I bent down to see if my best friend had a pulse and she did I got her up and carried her to my car I was not about to wait on no ambulance.
Arriving at the hospital she was immediately rushed to a room.
" Mam we'll like if you stay out here we'll come back an inform you of what's going on with her also my nurse an a detective is here to talk with you. "
" Why do I have to talk? I just want to make sure my sister is okay what's wrong with that!"I yelled becoming frustrated.
Angel was definitely scared of the consequences, she thought her bsf lost too much blood, she also thought what if she tell the detectives everything that she know and that's not what her bsf wants, or maybe Marcus come back to kill both of them, Hell he did leave Bernice for dead.
" Calm down mam if you don't want to talk to a detective that's fine just tell them you know nothing or tell them a little of what you know alot of people do so but I'll be back to check on you soon an my nurse will be here shortly."
After that I just sat in a chair with no thoughts, I began to cry an when I'm did it felt like hours my head began to hurt and I started having shortness of breath I was having a panic attack.
" Mam are you alright! " the nurse said rushing towards me.
" Quick give me a inhaler " I heard someone say.
She placed a mask over my face as my breathing began to calm down and come back to it's normal place.
I was more than scared I was terrified all I knew was bernice, and not making it there in time made me think it was my fault, I just wanted to hug and apologize to my bsf & see what's wrong with her.
" Hi how are you I'm doctor Alonzo, are you related to Ms. Burgos."
" Y-Yes shes my sister is she okay "
" Well it's good that you got her here in time because she lost a good amount of blood, but apparently she lost the baby I'm sorry, we tried everything but she had massive bruises on her ribs, she's healing now but she will need to be careful."
" Can I go see her?"
" Sure you can she will be able to leave tomorrow her medicine will be delivered to her home police are there investigating the scene and if your spending a night here that'll be fine she's in room 208."
"Thank you doctor "
" No problem Take care." he said walking off
Making my way to room 208 I bust in that room so fast to see my bsf sitting up with a sad expression.
