3: Family Time

(Sorry for the wait love you all!)  

It was 5 in the afternoon as the Harrison family  got ready for their family picture. Carter tried her best to fit in the blue floral dress her dad made her wear but it was rather small on her. Not that she was over weight, he had just bought a size for a ten year old. Carter ended up wearing her old dress from a year ago as on of the twins wore her's. The kids watched as their father frantically ran around the house trying to find his socks. They ended up near his paperwork.

"This has to be a great day, one of the best days you kids have ever had. I as a great dad am going to make this day perfect with our lovely family!" Jim said as he hurried down the stairs to get to the car. He grabbed his keys and wallet as the others followed along. 

"I don't get how this has to be perfect dad." Carter siad as she got her slippers strapped on. She wasn't into the idea of fancy things or dresses, but she did like being clean. A bit of make up wasn't so bad either, just not walking around cake-faced like her sister. Bree in the meantime was at the mall checking the guy she liked out with her friends. The twins got bows tied on their dresses as Lucas managed to get a suit on. Matt packed the soccer clothes in his bag for after the picture as Jim put Sierra's dress on. 

"Ready guys?" Jim asked.  "Dad, we've been ready for the past ten minutes." Lucas said as Jim opened the door. The family went in the car to drive to the family photo place.

They managed to get there, but Bree was still at the mall with her friends. 

"How long is she going to be at that mall?" Jim asked impatiently. Carter was sitting in one of the seats with Lucas with Sierra on her lap eating a cupcake. Mia and Cassie were outside picking flowers and throwing them up in the air as Matt ran around. 

Bree walked in looking a bit messy and wide-eyed. "Ugh I can't believe her! Wanda tried to embarass me infront of Jason! 

"What happened?" Carter asked her older messy sister. Bree's mascara smudged everywhere while her hair was in a frizzy bun. "Me and Nicole were in the mall just hanging out by Forever 21 and we saw Jason with his friends by Johnny Rockets. Wanda was walking by and saw me staring at Jason. "I can talk to him if you'd like." I said yes and she walked over to him. The little whore talked to him for two minutes as me and Nicole were at forever 21. She pointed at me once and Jason looked at me in a weird way. Then she made a move as she started kissing him in front of me! The little  bitch!" Bree screamed.

"I ran out of the mall and got here. I dropped my phone! Not to mention I was chased by rabid dogs." Bree cried. Jim walked in to see his daughter was crying. "What happened Bree? Well actually tell me later you need to get fixed up to take the picture!" He said pushing his eldest daughter into the dressing room.

Matt and the twins ran back inside with mud smeared on their faces and clothes. Sierra giigled as some of the cupcake was on her face. Well talk about a mess.

The Family photo ended up going well. The twins were cleaned up along  with Bree, Matt and Sierra. Lucas had no mess and neither did Carter. They all smiled as the picture was taken.

Soon everyone walked out of  Wembly Middle School as Matt carried the trophy into the car. "Congratulations son!" Jim said as he patted his son on the back. "Thanks dad." Matt said.

"Well time to go to the play!" Mia said as she got Sierra in her car seat and sat with Cassandra in the middle. Carter sat in the back with Lucas and Bree who was still upset over earlier events. The car soon headed to Lincoln Elementary School.
