I walked into the kitchen was greeted warmly, like always by a note and money. "Sorry Jake I have to stay late at work again, hear is $20 for dinner. Mum might not be back till late as well, Dad XXX" If I were to look on the positive side of things I would see $30. Though the negative side is that I rarely see my parents and basically live alone, though I can do whatever I want I suppose that’s another positive. My bag was piled high with homework that urgently needed to be completed, but the computer games seamed more urgent. My army awaited me, as I hid round the corner, my enemy approached. I jumped out from my hiding and Boom, fired knocking several bullets. 50 points Yer!. You see you could almost call me a nerd. Actually I’m a mega nerd I love to hack sites and I know all the cheats on many systems. I spend most of my weekends and afternoons glued to the screen. I decided to flick on the TV and heat up some noodles, my tummy was rumbling. That’s when I heard on the news that they had developed a weapon that was being used to assist with the attack on the fairi. They called it the death net. To be honest I don't know what all the bother is about using billions of dollars to kill and capture the newly discovered fairi. They have lived peacefully near us for centauries with out us even knowing. They were mysterious but something about it felt deadly.
