Louis

"Get off of your phone, Louis. It's Christmas, you should be spending time with your family." Louis' mother nagged. "I'm talking to Niall, mum." Louis whined.

"I know you and Niall are close, but he has his family, too." Jay said. "But mum, he's not with his family. They didn't invite him." Louis sighed.

"Well that's not right. Tell him to come over, eat with us. Hell, we'll go get him presents. What does the boy like?" She asked. "Snap backs, video games, I guess. I've got some money that I've been saving up, I'll go get him somethin special."

"No, how much do you need? I'll pay, darling." She said. "No, it's a lot of money." Louis said, standing up. He picked his wallet up, shoving it in his back pocket, and grabbing his coat. "I'll be back soon, mum." He grinned.

"At least let me pay for part of it." She said, grabbing her purse from the couch. "But mum-" He started. "No, I'm giving you money." She argued.

Louis rolled her eyes as she shoved two hundred dollars towards him with a smirk on her face. "Get him more than one thing, yeah?" She smiled. "Okay, mum. Thank you."

He left, going to the Walmart that was open. He went to the electronic section, looking at the lap tops until he found the MacBook Pro that Niall had been saving up for.

He went to the cashier, grinning. "I'd like to purchase one of your lap tops." He grinned. "Okay, just show me where it is, and I'll ring it up for you." She grinned.

She followed Louis to where the MacBook was, and took it from it's case, bringing it back to check out. "Cash, check, or card?" She asked. "Cash." He said, pulling his wallet out.

"Alright, that'd be £504." She said. He pulled the money from his wallet, counting out the money then giving it to her. "Okay. Here you go. Merry Christmas, sir." She grinned.

"Merry Christmas." Louis smiled, going towards clothes section where the hats would be. He picked out a couple, then went to look at the shoes.

He chose some reeboks then brought them along with the hats to the front to purchase. He made sure to show the receipt for the lap top to the cashier, grinning as he paid him.

"Merry Christmas." He waved. "Merry Christmas." Louis chimed, going back to his car with Niall's new gifts. He put them in the passenger seat, pulling his phone from his pocket.

He grinned as he read Niall's texts. He typed out a reply, telling him to get to his house or else. Niall quickly replied with an 'okay'.

When Louis got home, he went upstairs with the gifts, wrapping them quickly but neatly, then going downstairs to place them under the tree.

The girls weren't awake yet, it was still pretty early in the morning. Usually, the girls would be up around 5 A.M. to open presents, but none of that happened this year.

Jay was cooking breakfast for the large family of six, plus the grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles, and of course, Niall. They wouldn't be there for another hour, besides Niall, who would be there any minute, now.

Louis jumped up from the couch when the doorbell rang, rushing to open it, letting Niall in. "That damn hoodie." Louis sighed. Niall gave a sad smile, shrugging a bit.

"Merry Christmas, Ni." Louis whispered, pulling him inside, pecking his cheek. "Merry Christmas, Lou." Niall sighed, shoving a poorly wrapped gift into Louis' arms.

"You do this all by yourself?" Louis chuckled, shutting the door. Niall blushed, nodding, shyly. "Come on, now, get to the kitchen. Mum's making food, she'll let us eat early." Louis grinned, adding the present to the large pile beneath the tree.
