First day of practice

OMG Today is he first day of practice, my first official day of being a MHSS member.I am really nervous but at the same time exited to see what we are doing. I have brought my swimming costume just in case we are doing swimming and a top, leggings and a pair of trainers to get changed into if we are staying inside I also brought a jumper just in case he are going outside. So you could say that I am exited and ready at the same time.

I am now the team captain so I am not that sure what to do This year but I think I might have some plans not just for soaker maybe for something else as well.
First period

For first period I have got English but I am getting out of it for practice, today I have got it 3 times so it will be quite tiring but it is going to be awesome (I hope anyway)

Right everyone find a partner and do a warm up!!! If there is not enough go in threes or maybe even fours.

I don't know but why don't we pick one thing each a couple of times them that is us done.

Let's do 15 burpees

30 jumping jacks

10 push ups

10 sit ups

Right everyone that is time up! Please all gather around. Today we are going to be doing basketball and that will be our focus for a little while. Everyone go and get a ball out of the cupboard and start dribbling then we will move on.

I am so bad at basketball I wanted it to be anything but this.
(Jordan)
I hate basketball as well I would rather that it would be swimming.

That looks rather good now please come and I will sort you into two teams of 15 as we have 30 people so

Harmon and I are not in the same team but I am with he team captain of the team so I guess he has to be good or he wouldn't be team captain. We play for two whole periods.
After we had finished playing basketball we got changed then a really strange thing happened...
