*Emerald's POV*

I was having such a nice dream. Well that was until I had 2 heavy boys jump on me.

I groaned "You guy seriously need to lose weight!"

"It's just all this muscle," Harry teased. I giggled and rolled out of bed.

"Wakey wakey sleeping beauty!!" Louis shouted.

"Not being rude, but why are you here?" I questioned.

Louis pretended to cry on Harry's shoulder. Harry comforted him and said. "It's ok Louis," he said, comforting and stroking his hair.

I laughed at the two of them.

"But why are you here?" I questioned once again.

"Well, we all decided to watch you do your competition today!" Harry explained.

"You sure? You might get bored." I replied. Why would they want to come I wondered.

"Emerald! Hurry up and get breakfast, we have to set off soon!" Mum shouted from downstairs. I looked at my watch. Oh crap!

"Coming! Go downstairs whilst I changed." I instructed the boys.

"Can I stay?" Louis said cheekily.

I rolled my eyes at him and shooed them both out of my room.

I chucked my white jhodpurs on and a polo shirt.

*Louis' POV*

**At the competition**

Emerald is jumping today. They are really big jumps! Well actually there enormous. I would be way to scared to jump them. She is just flawless. She is beautiful, kind, caring, stunning, georgeus, hot, you get the point, and she has got guts! I think I may of fallen in love with her.

She was about to start when we wished her all good luck and each of us kissed her on the cheek. She hopped on to her horse and cantered into the ring. A bell rang and she headed towards the first jump. She jumped it clear. God, how did the horse get over that, it is massive!

It started to rain and she was on the 5th jump and there were 12 jumps left. She was turning a corner when this guy decided to put an umbrella up.

He put if up as her horse was about to go into the biggest jump on the course and her horse spooked at the man and galloped at the jump. The horse, I think its name was Tilly, suddenly stopped at the jump and Emerald went flying into the jump.

She smashed into the hard wooden poles and they fell ontop of her. We heard a massive crack.

Everyone went silent. It was like the whole world stopped. That was until Emerald's Mum ran into the ring at full speed. I followed her actions and started chucking all the poles off her.

It was the most horrible sight I have ever seen. Her beautiful, blue glistening eyes were shut and had bruises all over her. Her leg was bent back awkwardly and she had no sign of life in her. I felt like my heart had been ripped into two.

It was the most heart breaking site I have ever seen. I heard someone shout, CALL AN AMBULANCE. I didn't notice I was crying until Harry hugged me and whiped away my tears. They started to flow freely down my face.

The next thing I knew what that she was carefully lifted into an ambulance and Liam pulled me into our car and we drove to the hospital.
