Lia moaned irritability, Leo wouldn't Shut up. She looked around at the frostbitten room and shivered "Damn" She muttered
" I know right!" Leo stuttered excitedly
"no" Lia scrunched her eyebrows together " I honestly wasn't listening to a word you were saying, It's just way too cold in here."
"Really Lia" Leo sighed dramatically
"what, you're not cold?"
"No, of course I'm cold. I can't believe that you weren't listening to me!" He continued the dramatics.
" Leo" she tried to make her voice as soft as possible " I really don't care about the odds of us freezing to death."
Leo glared at her from behind the curly dark hair that fell into his glistening blue eyes ' oh. my. god' Lia thought to herself 'I just ...felt something..., no..,it was probably nothing...nothing. 'Lia shook herself out of her daze but just as she was recovering her chest began to ache, a feeling that gave her the overwhelming urge to curl up into a ball and cling to her knees. A crashing wave of anxiety welled up inside of her, forming a lump in her throat. "Are...You...okay?' Leo asked softly noticing her distress, Leo, always there for her, like a bodyguard, checking her every move to make sure that nothing was wrong, but now, something was wrong. But it felt right. she blinked and stared up at Leo's angelic face, all sharp angles and shadows, no blurry edges or blemishes on the perfect surface of his skin, just...perfect. there and then there was no other word for him. he was an angel, His halo of smokey hair, his glowing skin and heavenly smile, each touch a miracle, every word a prayer. There was nothing else she could do. what would you do, if an embodiment of perfect faced you? Lia leaned forward, parting her lips and closed the space between them.
