Mavis

"Wow! This place is amazing! So many people! Oh, that food looks good!"

"Come on, Mavis, we have no- hey, come back!" A young blonde man called add barefooted girl ran off their boat to check out the stands of food and jewelry and magic items and weapons.

She had such great tunnel vision because of the candy stand she was running too, she ran full speed into a woman who was about a few inches taller than her. They both fell to the ground with a grunt.

Mavis looked up and saw a simple white mask with black bleeding eyes where there should've been a face. She was creeped out but stood her ground. Though the masked person was preoccupied with something on her neck. It seemed to be a simple twine string with a glowing jewel on it.

I wonder why she's so freaked out about it.. Mavis thought curiously.

"I'm so sorry, ma'am, are you alrig..." The blonde man asked but blanched as he saw the mask.

"I'm fine. Tell yer daughter not te run wildly 'n crowded streets, she coul' get hurt. G'bye." She slipped the necklace back under her dress collar and started walking off.

"She's not my daughter--!"

"Um, wait! Do you know where we can find Blue Skull?"

The masked girl stopped in her tracks.

"Why woul' a li'l girl like ye... Wanna fin' t'at Dark Guild." The female said slowly.

"We have our reasons." The young girl replied coolly, receiving raised eyebrows from the blonde man. Three other people were running over and the masked woman scoffed.

"Check t'e pubs. Ye obviously have good reasons fer lookin' fer Blue Skull. Wit' yer abilities, ye shoul' be able te get info easily." It was impossible to tell who she was looking at but Mavis had a suspicion who she was talking to.

"Luci, wake up." She spoke suddenly. She got no response.

"Okeh, fine, I'll jus' go eat smoked salmon by meself t'en-"

"I'M AWAKE, I'M AWAKE, DON'T EAT IT WITHOUT ME!" A shout came from her bag and a small black horned wolf with white markings on it's body leaped out.

"Come on, Lucifer, we'll go buy some from te nearby restaurant 'n t'en..." They both walked away, leaving a dumbfounded group of people behind them.

"Who on Earth was that?" Mavis asked.

"Only one person wears that mask. She's only known as Striker. Us treasure hunters have to make sure not to get on her bad list." The blonde one said. His name was Yuri.

"Bad list?"

"Kill list. She's an assassin." The oldest of the group said bluntly. Precht.

"Lovely." Zera sighed.

I have I feeling that we're going to run into her again. And it won't be pleasant. Mavis thought uneasily.
