FEP 10: Seeking For Revenge

Zaiya can't stop crying. She's sitting on her bed thinking how the others kept a secret from her. She felt betrayed. The thought of just choosing to trust them makes her more angry.

"Dad. I'm sorry. You're right. They are still the same. " Zaiya said while wiping off her tears. She turned to her dad who is sitting at the sofa beside her bed. She clenched her fists.  "Humans are humans. They only do what's good for them. And you're right, I should do the same."

Her dad stood up and hugged her. He's sorry that her daughter got to experience these but still can't help himself but be happy. He can't help but smile inside his mind because finally, her daughter is on his side. "Remember what I said? You and I will make history on Earth. Now is the right time to start yours."

Zaiya smiled at her father signaling that she agrees to his idea.

(Luhan)

I followed Zaiya outside. As her best friend I'm worried. I'm really worried. She doesn't know that Cynthia, my first love is in love with Kai, her first love. And what shocked me is that Cynthia and Kai are siblings. I don't know that, until now.

"Don't come near me! I want some time alone! If I see you anywhere near me, I'll really break up with you."-Zaiya. It's my first time seeing her like this. She never acted like this in front of me. She ran away crying. She's crying? I didn't even know she could do that.

Should I follow her? But, she said she needs some time alone.

I felt a hand on my right shoulder. "Let's go home."-Dad. Okay. I'll comfort her tomorrow. She needs to calm her mind.

"Sure, but for now...." I punched Kai on his face. Huh? It feels good to punch him. He deserved it. I'm waiting for him to fight back but he didn't punched me.

"Yah!!! Why did you punch him?"-Cindy. She slapped me. Why? What did I do wrong? His face deserves my knuckles on it. He hurt my best friend. He made her cry. No one can hurt the person I love.

Wait! What?! I slapped my face (only on my thoughts). No. Of course. I love Zaiya, as a friend. She's my best friend. Why wouldn't I love her? I love all of my friends.

"Dad, I want to be alone. Go home first." I want to be alone, just like Zaiya. I need to arrange my thoughts. I've been doing and thinking stupid things. I felt sorry I need to punch Kai but it just happened. I got carried away by my anger.

Like I said, I didn't go home with dad. I went to the park near our place. It is the same park where I witnessed Kai and Zaiya romantically sitting beside each other. That time, I was really angry. I don't know why. All I know is just seeing them together makes me angry.

I should be the one sitting beside her that night. I should be the one sitting with her under the moonlight.

"Huh? Love at first sight? How can you love someone you just saw. For the first time. " - Zaiya.

"Are you a mind reader?"

"What?! No! It's very obvious you were thinking about that.

Love develops between two person who knows each other for a long time. Sure you felt weird when you saw her but that's attraction. NOT LOVE. Understand?" -Zaiya

"How'd you know that?"

"Of course. I'm smart."-Zaiya

"You mean, like us?"

"Like us?"

"Yes. We've been beside each other for a long time. Then, are we in love?"

"What are you saying?"-Zaiya

"I'm just joking. I'll never fall for you. Don't worry."

I guess now, it's not a joke. I think.... I really fell for her. I've fallen in love with my best friend. Wooh! I let out a deep sigh and started laughing.

How come I just realized this now? If I just knew that I'm in love with her earlier, then.... Then, she shouldn't be crying now. Then, she shouldn't been hurt. Then, she should have been mine.

After being alone at the park and realizing things, I decided to go home. It's getting late. I'm sure dad is getting worried.

I arrived in front of our house. Before I go in, I can't help but to check on Zaiya's house. Lights are turned off and curtains are closed. Maybe she's already asleep.

As I touched our doorknob, I suddenly got chills. I looked around hoping it was just Sehun playing pranks at me. But no one's around. It started to feel weird. I went towards the door and it wasn't locked. Did dad forgot to lock this? Or..... "DAD!!!!?" A messy house welcomed me. Every thing's a mess. It's like a strong hurricane passed by. Did someone robbed us? Oh no! Dad? I ran

straight to his room and found him on the floor, fighting for his

life. A knife is on his stomach. "What happened?"

He just smiled at me and pointed at his cabinet. I looked to where he pointed and saw a vintage box. Using my powers, I gave him the box. I think that is what he was trying to say. He opened the box and gave it to me. "I knew this day would come...This is my fate... I made sure I finished these before I passed away though......" -Dad. How could he joke like that? He made twelve rings with our emblems on it. My eyes became watery. I know not long enough tears will drop. "I'm glad I found you.... and you..... found them...... I know you could find the others too.....There are no regrets if I die now........ "

While he was talking to me, I tried to pull the knife off of him. My first attempt didn't work. When I touched it, it was very hot. Burning hot. Is there a spell on it or something? I tried to pull it with my powers but still, it didn't work. It's stuck.

I failed to protect him. The ruler of the planet we need to protect is now dead. His body turned to ashes then evaporated.  This is all my fault. I should have gotten home with him. I shouldn't have left him alone. As one of the warriors, it is my priority to protect him.

'It's not my brother...' That's the last words he said before he left me. I don't care who did this to him. Whoever did this will pay! If I got my hands on him, I'll make sure he'll pay for what he did to King Caesar.

I went outside the house. Looking closely at everyone. Someone out here could be the killer. A man in black stared at me. He looks suspicious. Why would he look at me like that? Unless, he's assessing me to assure himself that King Caesar's already dead.

I walked towards him. He started running. I knew it. It is him. He's guilty that is why he is running away. I chased after him and lead me to an abandoned factory I guess.

"I don't why you started to chase me but , all I know is you're dead meat now."-Man in Black. Other guys started to show up. Shoot! It's a trap. Stupid Luhan! Oh wait, I can manage to fight them.

"You can't win against me. I don't care how many you are. I just want you to pay to what you did to King Caesar." They started charging me. With the help of my powers, I'm pulling, pushing, throwing and stopping them. But of course, I can't just do that. I also punched and kicked them. I carried one of them on mid-air. Everyone stopped. They were all shocked. "See this!? You think you can win if I can do this?"

"You're a witch!!!! Why are you doing this to us?!?! We didn't even know you and the Caesar you are talking about." They looked really scared. It wasn't them? Was I wrong? I've been chasing the wrong guy?

I dropped the guy I was holding on mid-air because I saw someone standing at the entrance. It's an image of a girl. I tried to walk towards her and get her away from here but one of the guys hit my head by a metal. I fell to the ground.

My vision is getting a bit blurry. I saw them ran away and the girl is walking towards my direction. I closed my eyes and felt lips on mine. Zaiya? Is that you? How did you know I was here? Before I could open my eyes I became unconscious.

I got the wrong guys. I'll still not stop finding him. Whoever did this knows we're from EXO planet. Maybe it's one of King Leonard's apprentice. He's the only one who could this. I'll find him and all who are helping him and kill all of them.
