CHAPTER I:  Unexpected!

Zuko POV:

When I got a change of heart and joined the avatar and his team I have really been accepted by everyone except Katara. I would kinda understand why she wouldn't accept me, but deep down inside me, it hurts.I tried very hard to push those thoughts away because I knew she was the avatar's girl but every time I see her I start to melt and either faint or smile really wide. She doesn't accept me at all and I'm going to try and change her mind, even if I let out my little secret. What am I saying I must keep that a secret forever!

I was sitting on my bed thinking my thoughts when an unexpected knock came from my door.

" Zuko, it's Sokka"

" Oh! Coming!"

I opened the door and there stood Sokka our resident weaponist and brother to the girl haunting my mind.

" Wassup dude!"

" Um nothing really. Why?"

" I want to help u and my sis get together bro! "

" Uh....... um....... what?"

"Why would u do that ?"

" Because I see you drooling all over her and also i shipped u guys since u were trapped together in the Crystal Caves in Ba Sing Se."

" Um...... ok? But how am i supposed to get together with the avatar's girl? That's just wrong and she doesn't accept me at all so give up on that theory."

" If u want my advice you seem tense and i know you've been in her room every night. Don't give up on her too soon."

" Wait how did you know that?"

" She stopped having nightmares and Aang is always meditating so he doesn't hear a thing and Toph sleeps like a lug. So who else would hold her hand?"

" Please don't tell her ok! 

" Ok! But I'm trying to help you out bro!"

Next thing you know a knock came from the door.

" Come in. " I said.

And in came Katara with her hair down. As soon as Sokka saw her he exited the room and gave a wink but i sighed.

" Are u ok? " I asked 

She nodded and sat down on the bed her head down. She then rose up her head and smacked her lips on me. As soon as that happened I felt a fire burn inside me that I never felt before and she left.

Next thing you know my hand are filled with fire and my feet are off the ground. I suddenly felt like my powers upgraded and I felt awesome.

I then fired down and wondered if her kiss helped me upgrade.

Oh my gosh, she kissed me and i didn't kiss back. Wait why did she kiss me? 

I then left my room and walked all the way to hers but stopped when someone called me the voice im afraid of right now.
