Have you ever heard that saying that, "bad things happen to good people?" Well it's sad to say that it's true. I had my life all planned out, I had a home to call home. I was only months away before I was married. And I was surrounded by the people that I love.
Oh, I'm sorry. I haven't introduced myself, I'm Naiyah(Ni-ya) Gooday. And before you ask, I am a vampire. You can believe it if you want, it doesn't really matter to me.
I was once a normal Apache girl from the mountains of southeastern Arizona, where my homeland is. Or was.
And at one time I was human, I had a life, and more importantly I was alive and breathing.
But sadly, all that ended one faithful night.
For years I thought I would be alone forever, that I would have no one to love. But all that changed when I got a call from a old friend who needed my help. What I didn't know was that I was going to meet someone that will changed everything I thought was set in stone for me. He changed everything for the better.
