The sun woke me up early. I couldn't help but notice that I'm actually here. Not in my apartment in New Orleans. Here with THEM. A bunch of psychopaths, like I said. A knock at my door let my get up quickly. "Yes." I said quietly. Hope came in, followed by Hayley. Probably the only one's I could actually trust. "Would you like to come down and eat with us?" Hope asked and I nodded. "Sure." I said with a friendly smile.
I knew why she was 'send' to ask after me. She was the only one I wouldn't say no to. I already changed into normal clothes, Hayley brought me from my apartment. Then they went downstairs and I followed them.
"Good morning, Olivia." Elijah said carefully. He should be. I swallowed and nodded slowly. "Good Morning." I answered and took a deep breath. I felt this strange feeling rushing again through my body as I sat down. Freya sat right in front of me and I looked around carefully. They were trying to be careful. At least, they tried. I turned to the left and looked to Hope. "Did you paint yesterday? Because it looked like that." I asked softly and she nodded. "Yes." she answered shy.
Trying to make a friendly conversation with the little girl I said: "I used to paint, when I was little. It kept me away from trying to do magic, mostly." I whispered and her eyes became big. "You're a witch?" She asked and I nodded. "Yes." I stated and she smiled for a moment. "But I thought--"
"Okay guys, that's enough." Hayley said and I looked up to her. They've all already sat down and eyed me which I ignored. Rebekah sat right to me, which made me uncomfortable.
I looked down to my hands in my lap and tried to think a clear thought. It didn't worked, of course. "I'm sorry. I can't do this." I whispered and got up. I went outside and ran a hand through my hair.
I sat down on the porch and looked around. It was so peaceful out here. So beautiful.
Suddenly I felt like my soul was ripped out of body. I couldn't see the beautiful garden anymore. All I saw was the completely void.
"Olivia." the voice whispered again and I could see a shadow. That void lightened up and I could see a person.
"Mother?" I whispered surprised. She didn't looked different. She looked happy to the last time I saw her. Her long brown hair fell in waves around her face and her lips hold a smile. "How is this...?" I asked quietly. She wrapped her arms around me and tears ran over my cheeks. I sobbed sightly. "It's okay, dear. It's alright. I am here and I won't go." Her voice sounded so pure and it made me smile even more.
"How?" She let go of me and I eyed her. "We need to talk. And you need to listen carefully, my dear. We don't have much time. I've come to send you a message. You know that legend I've used to tell your sister and you before bed?" I nodded and tried to remember. "It's true, Olivia. Everything is true. That race, when two are fighting against eachother to win over the power of the eldest? It's true. The kingdom - Meridial exists. You and Sara both are the rightful heir to the throne of Merdial. But only one can win over it. That's why you and sister are so special. The games when it came to 'play' with your powers - it was a part of it. I'm sorry I couldn't tell you sooner, love. I really am." For a moment I was angry at her but it faded away with my next question. "Sara is alive?" My voice was very quiet. "Yes and she is out there. You'll find eachother. I know that. You always did." She said and stroke my cheek.
"What about Dad? Where is he?" Her smile was sad again. "He wasn't the one supposed to tell you. He found peace. This all you need to know." I swallowed and nodded. "If the legend of the Revilas' are true then you are one too. Aren't you? And what should I do? I mean... I don't think I can..." She put her hands down on my cheeks. "You'll know what to do when the time is right, O. You may think that Sara is the better one but this is not right. You're equal to one another. You won't believe me but you should trust the Mikaelsons. They know a thing or two about the Revilas. Promise me one thing, Olivia."
Something suddenly didn't felt right and I looked around quickly. "Anything." I answered and looked into her eyes again. Those beautiful green eyes. "It's easy to lose yourself in your powers. Promise me you'll be careful." I nodded and she smiled slightly. "I will, Mom. I love you." I said and she hugged me again. "I love you too, Olivia. Don't give up." she whispered and when she let go of me, my soul was back where it belonged to be.
"Olivia?" I heard them all worrying. My eyes shut open and I sat up. "Are you okay?" Elijah asked. I nodded and looked up to them. "I'm alright. I'm fine." I said and got up.
