I can feel you with me..when leaving town..*werewolf*
Sequel to 'I can feel your heart beat..'
"Thank you so much Doctor Carter for everything! I feel so much better!" I smiled warmly looking at the tall man that stood beside me. I sighed happily once I signed myself out."No problem Samantha, I'm just happy to see your back to eating normal, have a safe trip now." I nodded my head before I turned around and quickly headed out the doors of this hell hole. I rolled my eyes referring to the doctors statement. 'Eating normal.' As if.
I smiled once I saw the back of Jake's familiar black hair and called out his name. I saw his lips twitch into a smile as he walked towards me, his hands immediately grabbing the small backpack I was holding in my hands. He had been visiting me for a couple weeks now, I was just happy to get out.
"It's different seeing you outside of that hospital room." He chuckled. I rolled my eyes climbing into his awaiting car.
"What time are we leaving?" I buckled myself in.
"We gotta be there in about twenty minutes so once we get to your house grab everything you'll need and then we gotta go." I nodded my head listening closely to his instructions. "Check in usually takes a while so we have to make sure we have enough time to do that and be on time to leave."
Once my house came in to sight I quickly unbuckled myself and leaped out of the car. I grabbed my house keys from my pocket and quickly unlocked the door. I swung the door open in panic almost running into my mom.
"Samantha?" Her brown eyes held a confused expression. She had furrowed her eyebrows staring at me questionably. I didn't care to explain. I walked straight past her and up the stairs. Swinging the door open it made a loud banging sound but all I could care about was finding a suitcase big enough to hold enough clothes for at least a month. I didn't know how long we were going or staying for but I was just gonna take what I needed: Clothes and my everyday things. "Samantha?" I heard my mothers questioning voice again as I grabbed a suitcase I had found under my bed. I quickly brought it on top of my bed and raced to my closet, grabbing any clothes I could find. I stuffed them into the case and quickly grabbed his sweater I had kept under my pillow, they wouldn't let me keep it in the hospital, I hated them for that.
"Samantha?" Her voice had gotten louder this time as she stood behind me. I clenched my jaw annoyed that she was here right now. She hadn't even visited me once while I was in that damn hospital. I power walked into my bathroom. Grabbing my toothbrush, hairbrush, tooth paste, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash and Deodorant I quickly walked back into my room and threw them in before adding a couple pair of shoes. "Where are your going?" Her voice sounded much more stern now. Like it was almost as if she was asking me where did I 'think' I was going. I almost growled beneath my breath. Once I made sure I had my phone and all the necessary items I placed the suitcase on the ground and grabbed the handle that would let me wheel it. I plastered a smile on my face and turned around to face my mom, her eyebrow was raised and she looked to have a some-what cocky look on her face. Bitch.
"I'm no longer your little sixteen year old daughter, I'm eighteen now and I can go where I want, do what I want, and do it when I want. I'm going to see the one I love so now, if you'll excuse me, your standing in my way." I told her as nicely as I could. Her eyebrow seemed to rise higher as I looked at her patiently before she quickly composed herself and stood to the side, her arm pointing to the door.
"See you soon I guess?" I nodded my head smiling, a smirk plastered on my face as I walked out my bedroom door and down the stairs, my suitcase trailing behind me. "Wait! Sam!" I sighed turning around hearing my mother calling. She raced down the stairs and stood before me out of breath. She brought me into a hug sighing once she leaned her head on my shoulder. "Please be safe." She whispered exasperated. I nodded my head once she pulled back and smiled. I gave her a slight wave before I took my final steps and walked out the door and over to an awaiting Jake Carter. I opened the trunk of his black SUV and then quickly hopped into the passenger seat.
"Right on time." Jake chuckled once I buckled myself in.
"Right on time." I repeated leaning back and looking out the car window as I watched the scenery go by. I looked down at my hands and looked at the concert tickets, his name spread across each of them. Just a couple more hours.
--
"Flight 307 to Canada is now boarding." I could hear from the overhead speaker. I smiled towards Jake realising it was time to go, I would be there in a matter of hours. We both stood up getting ready to follow the sea of people making their way over to the ticket lady.
"You coming?" I nodded my head reaching down to grab the duffel bag Jake had bought when something caught my eye. A picture. I reached under the chair and quickly brought it up and into sight. My heart stopped.
He sat in the airport with tear filled eyes. His heart was aching. He had to get her off his mind or else she'd know. "Flight 307 to Canada is now boarding." he heard in the over head speaker. He sighed as he stood up, grabbing his bags, he took one last look at the picture he held in his hand.
"I'll always love you." he whispered before he let the picture fall free from his hand.
I could feel tears prick my eyes as the picture fell free from my hand. My mouth was gaped open as I stared off into the distance. He is alive."Sam? Are you okay?" Jake ushered as he ran towards me, he voice had sounded panicked but it felt like it was coming from a distance. I shifted my eyes towards him and back down to the picture that had fallen beneath the chair again.
"You know what?" I whispered reaching up to wipe my tears away. "I'm perfectly fine." I smiled grabbing duffel bag and making my way towards the ticket area with a confused Jake following behind me. He is alive.
No one's P.O.V
He growled beneath his breath once he looked down at the blank screen that covered his phone. He's meant to of called him by now. He answered almost immediately once the annoying ring tone went off.
"You're late." He growled. He was in no mood for kids like him. "Well?"He questioned once he got no reply.
"Well?" The young voice replied. He growled again ready to flip a table, he had no time for games.
"Is he alive?" He asked sternly ruining a hand through his tussled hair.
"I don't know but I'll find out, don't worry. Once I'm done here, you'll be able to finish him off for good." He snickered into the phone wanting to do exactly that. Finish him off, for good. Paybacks a bitch.
