After watching almost 50 YouTube videos and 2 documentaries about veganism I've decided that I got to try it out. The reason why is not because I wanted to lose weight and get skinny (although I'm not going to be mad if that happens *wink*) but because I wanted to see if what I heard is true. In every video everyone was saying that veganism COMPLETELY changed their life, made their skin clear, cured their disease and things like that.My journey began on March 2. It's been a week and 3 days and the only change I've seen is that I lost 1 kg but idc that much about that honestly.
Today we had a BBQ and I was convinced (or more like forced) by my family to eat meat. I'm not proud of that but I won't give up, right? It's all about NOT GIVING UP. So, I'm going to continue not eating or using animal products this month and I'll keep you updated.BTW: For all the vegans out there that may be mad at me for eating a piece of meat on my journey I'M SORRY, we all make mistakes but I'm still trying to make my life healthier and ALSO stop animal cruelty so I promise that I'm not going to let myself be manipulated by my family (lol) anymore.
