Help #2. Are you into smooth transitions? Then put the range of the transition longer.
And don't forget to put on circular in for the left side of theclip and circular out for the right side of the clip.

Here'sa suggestion, don't EVER put other easing type such as bounce in smooth transitions. DON'T EVER. This makes your edit crappy.
I personally rarely use bounce easing type for edits because it's not smooth. I use elastic easing type for bouncy shakes. (i will teach you how to do shakes soon.)
