Chapter 1

Today was the day the Cookie Lyon the former wife of Lucious Lyon finally gets released from prison after spending 17 years. She spent 17 years in prison for something her exhusband did in order to make all his dreams come true. Now that she's released she is ready to take back what belongs to her and see her babies again. She shares three talented boys with Lucious Andre, Jamal and Hakeem. Cookie is also going to go straight to Empire to find out why her exhusband divorced her as soon as she went to prison. Cookie was so hurt that day when she got the divorce papers she remembers everything what happened that day.
Flashback
*guards walking to everyone cells handing out mail
"Cookie Lyon mail for you" guard said Cookie was so excited thinking it was a letter from her husband and kids when she collected her mail the first thing she read was Divorce from MR. Lucious Lyon. Her heart dropped immediately she fell to her knees crying. "Why why why would he do this to me why couldnt he see me in person to tell me now I have to go through this alone." She didnt eat for a couple days after that and was really out of it.
Flash Back End
After Cookie was sent to prison she had found out that she was pregnant. She was so scared to carry a child in prison and give birth in there she didnt want her baby to get hurt. Cookie waited till Lucious came to see her so she can ask him to what to do but he never came. She ended up giving birth to a baby boy name Lucious Dwight Lyon aka Prince Lucious or lil L. Since Lucious was nowhere to be found and never picked up her calls she ended up raising her baby boy in jail for the whole 17 years and that is not a place for her baby to be. She was raped and beaten by her correction officer and if she didnt do what he said her baby boy would suffer the punishment. Now that shes out she is ready to give her baby boy everything he deserves and ready for him to meet his dad.

At Empire
"Hello how can I help you" said a girl who works at the front desk name Becky
"Hi my name is Cookie Lyon and I am here to see Lucious" Cookie said. "Okay right this way" said Becky. Lucious was sitting in his chair at his office when Cookie barged in his face expression was priceless "Cook cookie baby is that really you" he said smiling with a grin. "Dont cookie baby me you fucking bastard Im not here to play catch up im here to get what I deserve which is half of this company" Cookie said with a stern look. Lucious couldnt help but look at Cookie she was still fine as ever and gorgeous as he was getting ready to speak someone knocked and came in and it was no other than his girlfriend Anika Calhoun "babe who is this ghetto lady in here demanding half of this company" Next thing you know as Cookie was ready to say something her three sons came in with shock "Mommy is that you" the three said in sync running to cookie with tears and hugs. "Yes babies its me mommy is back and not going anywhere" Anika saw with disbelief. "Anika this is my ex wife Cookie and Cookie this is my girlfriend Anika" "Hi booboo kitty fake as Halle barry I see Lucious found a temporary girl for now" she scoffed and rolled her eyes and walked out. "Look babieso I have to go find a place to stay later I would like to have dinner and catch up with you all if thats okay" cookie told the boys still hugging them. "of course mom we will see you later love you" Hakeem said and "dad you are not invited" Jamal added on.

Later on Tonight
The boys all saw cookies new place is was a little two bedroom apartment in the Bronx it was the best that she can do for now. When the Boys came over Cookie made her homemade mac and cheese and grilled salmon and for dessert everyones favorite Cookies famous Peach Cobbler. Prince Lucious came out of his room and the three boys all looked at him confused "Ma whose thise" Hakeem asked confused. Boys come site down "Boys this is Lucious Dwight Lyon hes youre little brother Prince Lucious meet your older brothers" as Cookie and the boys were eating dinner getting to know eachother better Cookie explained what happened and her three oldest sons decided to sleepover with her. "So ma are you going to tell dad" Andre asked quietly not trying to wake up the others. "Idk Andre after what youre dad did im kinda scared to confront him its to many bad memories I just want to be alone with my sons all I ask from him is that I get a share of the money cause im not trying to get out the projects to get put in jail then back to the projects again and I want to pay for Prince Lucious College tuition."
