Stiles sat bored on the couch, a xbox controller hanging loosely in his hands as he mindlessly played video games. He felt like he never really had time to relax, and when he did he never truly felt relaxed.

With everything that had happened in the past month, scratch that in the past year, Stiles felt like he was always on edge. Waiting for something bad to jump out and try to kill him and his friends. Stiles dragged his tongue across his bottom lip as he killed another enemy in his game.

"Sheriff Stilinski?" Stiles shot up right at the sound of his dads voice. Stiles watched from over the back of the couch as his dad paced the hallway. "Uhuh. I'm on my way." He said before hanging up. He let out a sigh before glancing over at Stiles.

"Dad, whats going on?" Stiles asked, already tense with anticipation.

"Nothing to worry about, a car accident on fifth. I'll be home in a bit." Stiles father said before heading towards the door. "And for the love of god stay here."

Stiles slumped down on the couch, listening to his dad drive away. Stiles bit at the inside of his cheek, his brown eyes darting towards the video game. He was dead anyways.

Stiles shot to his feet, turning off the console before jogging towards the door. Grabbing his keys and jacket, barely remembering to put on shoes before he was running out of the house.

He started his jeep and turned on the police scanner. He listened to the radio as he drove. "Copy, i'm a few miles out." His dads voice came through the radio. Stiles quickly got to the accident, parking a few blocks away so his dad wouldn't see his obvious jeep.

Cop car light flashed, red and blue lighting up the area. A few cops stood around a scene Stiles couldn't really see. Then a ambulance drove past him, stopping at the crash sight. Paramedics rushed out of the ambulance, rushing past cops and going to something.

Stiles turned on his jeep, pulling up closer to the crash. An older red Honda was flipped on it's roof, the car had a dented door and the windows were shattered. The car was leaking fluids and from the wreckage Stiles watched paramedic's pull a girl from the car.

Stiles couldn't make out any details of her. He could only see her shoulder length brown hair and blood that soaked through her clothes. She was small, maybe five five at most. She had long legs and a small build. She looked so delicate.

The paramedics rushed her in to the ambulance, her body lifeless as they drove away. Stiles sank back in her seat, rubbing his thumb along his bottom lip. Stiles just wanted to know if this accident had anything to do with the supernatural or not.

He started his jeep and drove away from the scene. Guilt sat in the pit of his stomach even though he had nothing to do with this accident. The girl couldn't have been any older then him.

Stiles had been close to sleep when a knock came at his bedroom door. Stiles glanced up from his pillow, not bothering to move to face his father. "Hum?" Stiles questioned as he dropped his head back on to his scrunched up pillow.

"I saw your jeep at the crash." His father sighed. "It wasn't supernatural, Stiles."

Stiles poked his head up, glancing back at his father. "Is she ok?" Stiles asked. His father ran a hand over his face, clearly exhausted.

"She was rushed in to surgery but that's all i know so far." He said. "You shouldn't worry about it, get some sleep." His father said before pulling his bedroom door shut.

Stiles slumped back down on his pillow, closing his eyes in an attempt to sleep. His mind couldn't leave the girl, he wanted to know if she was ok, who she was. If her accident was really an accident. You could never be to sure anymore.

He had sworn he'd seen her before, no he definitely had seen her before. He remembered seeing her sitting in the bleachers at the lacrosse games, cheering on her friends. She sat in the back of classes, her nose buried in a book.

She had been everywhere and nowhere all at once.

Stiles groaned as he rolled over. No longer feeling tired, his mind was wrapped up on this girl. It was going to be a long night.
