The next day
Uncle Ayo had left so it gave me plenty of time to talk to teo.
He was in the shower and I was outside sitting by the pool. It was a hot day, the sun was out, and I rocked a pony tail.
I look into the water and sighed. I hated water, don't get me wrong.
I drink it, I take baths, but its dead to me. I don't even know why I'm here, standing here, looking at my reflection.

"Mom Why are We Here?" Baby Royce asked his mom. It was a cold night. She took him to the public pool that was oddly open this late. The time was twelve o'clock. Royce was cold and confused. She woke him up in the middle of the night just to go look at water? He didn't know...
"I'm gonna teach you how to swim Hun." She said. Her voice was soft.... She had guilt in her eyes, but she didn't regret.
"But it's Cold," Royce complained. He rubbed his eyes and started yawning, then he looked at his mom.
She couldn't help but smile at the little child in the red flower pajamas.
"And it's late too. " He finished.
She gets giggled and picked him up.
"But I want you to swim."
She had a dark soul. She lived him, but she didn't want him.
He shook his head.

She threw him. Into the water he went.
She just stared at him. She didn't help, she never tried.
He screamed and screamed. She just looked .
She didn't want to help. She had him, but she loved him. She needed him.
He started crying, the water started get higher as he got lower. He choked. He almost died. If he didn't save him, he wouldn't be here.
End of flashback.
I sniffle and wipe my tears. I turn around but gasp as my drink flew out my hand and m bdy into the water.
I can't swim. I tried, I Fucking tried to stay above water but I couldn't. I heard laughing. I look up and see a person with a afro.
Teo....he pushed me into the water.
