SMILING WITH THE TWINKLING STARS, I FOUND MY MOON 💓

Wandering around the lonely streets and looking at the sky,
My eyes caught a shooting star flying in the sky so high..
Praising its elegance and shutting the windows of my eyes,
I made a wish before the star passing by..
The wish made by my innocent heart was nothing, but to see mother nature's most beautiful creation,so that I could ask it
"Would you be my companion "?
I opened my eyes whistling a tune and,
Smiling with the twinkling stars, I found my MOON

I saw you shining with a bright smile,
I saw you following me with your unique style,
I saw you,
I peeped forward,
I stared at you,
I just kept admiring you,
You were the nature's most creative marvel,
Your beauty was such that people could not get enough of looking at you once..
I felt like you were a dream, so I pinched myself,
But Still ,
Smiling with the twinkling stars,I found my MOON

Little nervous, Little shy but I asked it,
"Would you like to be my friend?"
It shined so bright, as if
"Oh! YES Little Princess "
It meant..
And from then whenever the sunlight switched itself off,
Smiling with the twinkling stars,
I found my MOON

Days passed and our friendship grew so strong,
Everything seemed lovely even though it was wrong,
Whenever I was alone I heard someone singing a song..
As I peeped out of the window to look for what it was..
Smiling with the twinkling stars, I found it was my MOON

On days you dressed up in your full white suit,
I couldn't take my eyes off you, You looked so cute..
But on days you were sad, everything just went mute,
The frown on your face felt so rude..
But, on days when I felt I am alone,
Smiling with the twinkling stars, I found my MOON

Happiness for me meant YOU ,
It was the time that I realized everything is screwed,
I realized YOU AND ME are far away,
I realized YOU AND ME can never be together even if I pray..
I realized distance between us can never be crossed,
Even though close to heart, for me you are miles apart..
The God almighty who created you would let me love you but never let me have you..
Washing you off my mind, was something which I could never do,
But letting you stay in was against the nature's Rules,So I had to..
So letting you go was all I can do..
But still again, today
When I  walked on the streets alone
Smiling with the twinkling stars, I would found my MOON 🌙💓
