Levi x Depressed!Reader

Levi POV

Y/N has been acting strange lately. She hardly comes out of her room besides during training and missions. She doesn't eat, which is weird for her. She never misses dinner, lunch, or breakfast ever since she joined the Survey Corps. Hanji has tried to get her to come out of her room but she refuses every time. I decided it was time that I tried to.

I walked up the stairs and towards Y/N's room. As I got close to her bedroom door I heard a crash come from inside her bedroom.

I hurriedly raced to her bedroom door and quickly knocked on it 3 times.

"Y/N? Are you okay?"

I didn't hear anything. I knocked again.

"Y/N?"

Still, nothing. I decided to go against her one rule, never enter her room unless said too, and go in her room. I had a legitimate reason, I wanted to make sure she was okay.

I carefully opened the door and peaked inside. I saw Y/N huddled up in the corner of her room with her bedroom trashed. I put aside my urge to clean it and walked over to her.

I squatted in front of her and placed a hand on her knee.

"Y/N? What happened?"

"I was trying to find a fucking cricket that was in here."

"How'd it get in here?"

"I don't know!"

"How come you haven't came out of your room besides when you had too?"

"I haven't been myself I guess...and that cricket is just making it worse!"

"How could the cricket make it worse?"

"Because it makes its noise at the most random ass times! I keep trying to sleep my feelings off then it decides to make noise!"

"How about you come sleep in my room till we find the cricket yeah?"

"I can't do that Levi..it's your room."

I grabbed her hand and pulled her up off the floor. Before she could say anything I pulled her into a tight hug.

"I may not be good at showing emotion but you mean the world to me Y/N. I want to be able to help you with what ever is going on."

I felt my shirt start to dampen up. Then I heard a sniffle come from Y/N.

"Y/N?"

"Thank you for being there for me Levi.."

"I haven't done anything.."

"Just knowing you care does a lot of things."

"Well I'm glad I can be of help in some way."

"Can we clean my room now?"

"I thought you'd never ask."
