We cuddled under the star lit sky with no acknowledgment for the world around us. Phil meant everything to me I liked him as more than a friend but didn't dare to break our friendship by telling him. I knew Phil most likely doesn't feel the same way about me... but I have to tell him it is now or never. "Hey Phil. " I said timidly. " Yeah Dan. " Phil spoke with a confidences I could never master. "I love you but as more than a friend." I waited in agony for an answer and I was about to get one. " I love you too Dan always have always will. Let's look at the the stars a little longer though. "
