"alright, so you two just go over those lines some more and we can just work on that tomorrow, okay? now go get to wardrobe." heath tells ross and i as we are at the buildings behind the set that where are trailers and wardrobe and all those buildings are at.

ross and i were back and better now. we ate cheese pizza and watched 'the greatest showman'. it's basically high school musical four but you know, just saying.

i fixed some toast, scrambled eggs, and some cut up fruit for breakfast this morning because i woke up around six-thirty and couldn't go back to sleep. so i caught on some assignments and then got up to fix breakfast since we had to be here at set at eight fifteen.

we actually haven't even seen the house set yet, the main filming set, which heath says we're all going later when we start to shoot some things for the trailer.

ross chuckles a bit before showing me his phone screen.

it was a picture ryland sent him of vader and velvet. vader had a little navy and white baseball outfit as velvet was in a matching cheerleading outfit. then ryland texted, 'why i don't like mom shopping for my pup'.

"that's totally something your mom would do." i tell ross as we make our way down the long hallway to the wardrobe room, chuckling. then, something that usually don't happen a lot, happens. i let out a harsh cough into my elbow.

ross looks at me with his eyebrows raised. i just shrug at him as we continue walking down the hall.

"laura, you've been coughing and sneezing all day, you're getting sick." raini tells me as me, her, and ross were waking back from the salad truck that came to set today for lunch. calum was in his trailer, where we were headed, already eating.

she wasn't wrong, i've been coughing and sneezing ever since i got here this morning. not to mention, my ears have ached a bit.

"laura marano doesn't get sick. it's probably just allergies bothering me today, it's been really windy." i say before taking a long sip of my strawberry lemonade.

"i think you have a cold, laur. you should take it easy a bit. you don't want it to get worse." ross tells me as raini nods along with him.

"whatever. anyway, what time did heath say we were getting to see the house set?" i ask changing the subject.

"he said around five-ish. he's letting us off at eleven thirty or midnight. he wants us to film a few things since he's going to san diego tomorrow with kevin to meet with the c&w people when they want or would like to release the trailer." raini tells us as i take a bite of my salad, i'm starving.

"i'm so happy we have an off day tomorrow, kinda sucks i have to work on my birthday though." i say with a sigh and a little shrug.

"but we don't come in until two-thirty and will be leaving at six. so it's not all day." ross protests, he does have a point.

"yeah, that's true." i reply.

"my mom wanted to fly out for my birthday and i told her i'd be working. she said she may just call heath and give him a good little talking to. i told her, mom, that's my boss. please don't." i tell them with a chuckle as they chuckle along.
