 Before I get started I do want to thank the few that expressed support and offered advice. I will try to let the pov be known for each update. Also though there is a lot of dialogue it’s pretty crucial to the story. There will be a handful of flashbacks along the way. Lisa

Should it bother me that I knew what that Rozonda girl was hinting at? It’s not like I can’t tell Tee has a huge crush on me. It’s just not my thing ya know. Well at least I’ve never given thought to it being my thing. Besides I have a boyfriend.

"Lisa hurry up!" I laughed behind the locked bathroom door as Tee banged about fifty more times. "Slow ya roll nigga! It takes time to look this good." "No one cares about you looking good for Andrea. Or whatever his name is." I opened the door and sighed. "Andre Tee. Its Andre." She rolled her eyes and walked in quietly. "What's wrong?" "Lisa go on. I got to finish my hair." "Finish what? Girl you wear the shortest haircut." "I do have bangs Lisa damn!" I sighed and wrapped my arms around her resting in her back. "We don't have time for this Li." "Yes we do. Why you always bug out on me when Andre comes up?" She turned around in my arms and blew over my head. "Do we have to do this? Its not like it matters. I'm not your mother. Date who you want." "But you're my best friend Tionne. My truest friend at that. If we can't be honest with each other then how are we gonna continue this friendship." "Being honest doesn't always help. It definitely won't help me in this particular case." At that point her entire body had stiffened. Something I'd never felt when we embraced. "You're mad at me now aren't you?" "No. Just quit pressing something I don't want to talk about." "With me right? You seem to tell Rozonda a whole lot." "Are you serious right now? What does Ro have to do with what I discuss with you?" "You tell me! Damn you fucking the bitch or something?!" Her entire facial expression went from annoyed to offended. "You're joking right? Me and Rozonda? Man move the hell out my way." The more she tried to push me the angrier I became. All of a sudden my best friend felt she couldn't tell me anything. Something had to be up with the two of them. "Answer the damn question!" "I don't have to. You're out your fucking mind if you think I'm fucking Ro! I don't break up happy homes." "Then what the bitch got over me?! Why is it so much easier to talk to her than me?!" 

I know what you're thinking. Lisa let it go. But see for a Gemini I'm easily angered and easily hurt. So for Tee to say she can''t talk to me sent me over edge. Why? I have no idea. I'm not feeling this at all. 

"Don't call her out her name. She's done nothing to you. Now move." "No! Look at me. Look me in the eye and tell me she has nothing over me." I was begging with tears threatening to fall. I just wasn't ready to believe that someone else was taking my place as her best friend. "I don't got time for this." "Tionne I'm begging you. If you can't tell me then show me." "Show you?" "Show me. Please."  Before I could blink we were nose to nose against the wall. Her hand wrapped in my hair as my breathing deepened. "You couldn't handle the truth if I did. So just let this go." My lips brushed against hers as we heard her mom calling. "Andre's outside Lisa!" "Love calls." She walked away slamming her room door as I stood there struggling to slow my heart rate. "Lisa?" "Ma'am?" My eyes locked with Ms. Gayle's. "You alright?" "Yes ma'am. Tell Tee I'll see her there." "Alright dear." 

I can't let this get to me. I mean nothing happened. Nothing was going to happen. I know that for a fact. Lisa loves penis. Yeah keep telling yourself that Li. Its okay. 

"Why you so worked up?" "Could you just drive please. The sooner we get there the better." A fifteen minute drive turned into fifteen minutes of my mind telling me to act on what just happened. "Look at what we have here." Dallas tried pinching my ass but Andre slapped his hands away as we sat by the snack bar. "Keep your hands on your girl's ass. Not mine." "Damn that's Lisa? That name stung until I saw her and her little squad walking in. However to my amazement she looked heated and stormed away from them to us. Probably for Dallas. "Hey bab-" SLAP! All you saw was a red hand print across his face. "We're over Dallas! I swear to God if I didn't plan on having a future I'd kill you right here and now." "Slow up there Pochahontus." I moved from Dre's arms and pulled her back some. "What the hell?! You need to chill yo cheering ass out!" "No what I need to do is find my sanity again. Because obviously it went out the window when I even for a second considered giving myself to you!" "Rozonda come take a walk with me. Sound good? Yeah that sounds great." I drug her away as the attention flowed to what people wanted to become a full on fight. "Lisa let me go." "Nope. Can't do that. See these kind folk here want to see a fight. And I'm not one for domestic disputes. Or violence for that matter. Sooo my dear Pocha. Let's chill!" I tried to seem as perky as possible which seemed to work because she cracked a small smile. "There ya go. Now what is all this hostility about young lady?" 

"He sleeps around just because I won't screw him." My mouth was fixed to laugh but then I realized how damn stupid he was. "He's a dick. No not a dick. A pussycat. A bitch. Look girl one dead fish out of the sea ain't no sweat. Pick yourself up. Find one of these fine ass brothas in here to skate with. You might just boogie into somethin' of a wonderland." We both laughed as we looked around for the perfect fit. "Lisa where's Tionne?" "Oh shit." I sighed. "I totally forgot she was supposed to ride with Andre and I. Even though I'm pretty sure after the argument we had she didn't want to." "Argument?" "Yeah. Y'all seem to talk pretty regularly. She's hiding something from me. What is it?" I pleaded with my eyes as we walked towards the bathroom. "That's pretty obvious. Lisa she has a huge cru- well more like she's in lo-" I held my hand for her to stop as I noticed Tee hugged up making out with some guy. "Who is that?!" "Dalvin DeGrate. Mr. Popular himself." I could feel my entire body tremble from anger. "Oh hell no! He is not all up on my girl!" "Lisa!" Ro stopped me before I could get three steps closer. "What?!" "You just called Tee your girl! You realize that?!" But I didn't. All I knew was I was angry and about to beat a nigga's ass over the woman I lay next to every night. "She is my girl. Now move." Ro stepped aside watching as I pulled him off. "Lisa what the hell?! First you throw Andre in my face. Then you argue with me. Now you're pulling my boyfriend away?!" "Boyfriend?! Were you or were you not just in the bathroom at home two seconds from kissing me?!" She looked at me sadly. "Are you kidding me Li?" "Answer the fucking question!" "Yes. Damn. You happy?! I didn't kiss you! I didn't do anything!" "That's what you want Tee?!" "What? Yes no. Hell Lisa I don't know what I want! One minute we're cool. The next we're flirting. The next we're fighting!" I laughed through my tears as Ro and Dalvin both watched us. "That is not your boyfriend. Got that?" She shook her head growing angrier by the second. "He is." "He's not. I said do you got that?!" I gripped her shirt. "Why?! Why can't he be my boyfriend Nicole?!" "Because you're my girl!" In that very moment of honesty I crashed my lips into hers and didn't let go. I didn't care who saw it. But I wasn't about to let someone else take her from me.
