The Regalia Guard

Biased Beginning

Once there was a group known for being known as the Regalia Guard who had saved the Kingdom of Diamoncé. The Regalia Guard was soon after paraded around the kingdom. The guard was made up of five people Braxton Destiano of the western kingdom of Amethyte, Liliana Andros of the southern kingdom Emera, Draven Valerian of the northern kingdom Rubais, Kyline Deralés of the Eastern Kingdom Sapphitone, and Isiah Lucero of the central kingdom of Diamoncé. These five had purged the land of demons and monsters people only seen in there dreams. Some say that these monsters still roam the world we know but we don't know that anymore. "Well Kyline of the Regalia is in the town we are heading to. I think someone wants to meet her." *Ember points to Zach* "Oh shut up Ember!" *Zach says blushingly* "Will you two ever stop bickering." *Groans Elijah* "yeah you two always act up and bicker like children. Don't they Aaron." *Nudges  Aaron* "not too long ago you two would act the same way, Lucia." *Aaron laughs both Elijah and Lucia spring up* both Lucia and Elijah "No we didn't!" *Both drops back down averting their gazes from each other* The band of misfits travel from the back of an open carriage a farmer let them ride in. As they travel to the city of Raleton they see a statue of the fallen Leader of the Regalia group Isiah. Zach stares at the statue "whoooaaaa I didn't think they'd have a statue of this size here of all places." Elijah looking annoyed. "Why wouldn't they have a statue of the hero Isiah. We are only two cities away from the central kingdom it'd make sense of having one here." Zach's grin at the statue "hopefully one day we get famous enough to get a statue like that." Aaron looks down "No you don't Zach. They only make statues of fallen warriors. While we are together in this group I'm not letting any of you die." The group falls silent. Aaron tells everyone "alright guys get some rest before we make it to town." As Aaron slouches back and rest his eyes as the rest of the group follows his lead. Hours pass into the night and a rumble of the earth shake under them. The ground bursts with a giant serpent that swallows the ox pulling the carriage. The group jumps out of the carriage. Aaron yells "Everyone get  ready to fight. It's a C class beast formation Zeta Alpha Charlie." Zach runs to the flank of the beast and sets up a vantage point with his bow. Ember readies her dagger following behind Elijah rushing in with his shield blocking them and Lance aimed at the serpent. Lucia sits back chanting incantations to heal the farmer. Aaron runs towards the beast as he yells "Zach! Takes the shot!" Zach shoots the serpent it rushes towards him while the beast is turned around Aaron slams his hammer into the arrow knocking the serpent to the as it hisses as it falls. Elijah stabs his Lance into the same wound of the beast while Ember Slashes the tooth out of the serpents mouth as it slowly dies. Aaron tiredly sits down "God I was hoping for that ride to take us all the way to town. Lucia how's the farmer?" Ember runs up "Aaron! How much would this be worth to sellllll!" Lucia comes by carrying the farmer "he'll survive, but he's unconscious is all." Zach runs up "I'm so damn cool that arrow went into that beast so damn easily." Elijah yells "nope I dealt that sweet ass finishing blow. Sooo I'm the coolest." Lucia chimes in " shut up! Set up camp..... Andddd we all know the boss was the best." Lucia blushes. Ember just blurts out "that's just cause you like Aaron." Snickers Lucia yells"no I don't!" They all bicker about it all then Aaron speaks up "Everyone shut up! Elijah and I will set up camp, Zach and Ember cut the serpent up we are eating it, Lucia treat the wounded. Now everyone has a job. Now do it!" Aaron set the canopy and tents while Elijah collects wood. Zach jumps around the serpent cutting the fattest pieces while Ember laughs at him cutting thin strips for later, and Lucia swooning over Aaron while healing the farmer.
