Dreams.

I'm sitting in an unknown place. My hair is made, makeup done flawlessly, and i'm in a gown that i never thought i'd be in. I was sitting in a wooden chair, but it's now a mahogany chair with golden suds on it, a velvety red for cushions. i sat on it, not even feeling the change. as i was looking down at the chair, i didn't notice my scenery change. I was surrounded by people. I'm at a ball, in gorgeous gown with my hair made and flawless makeup. i figured it out, im a princess.

I didn't know anybody here. i didn't see a familiar face in sight. I sat and watched everybody dance the night away until a lady walked toward me. she bowed and proceeded to me, standing at least five feet away. She spoke, "Princess, we have to go. They're here."

my heart raced, for some reason i know who they are and i nodded. "Of course." i say up from my throne and immediately everyone in the room stopped dancing and looked at me, their eyes wide and focused. i froze, the lady nudged me as if rushing me. i stuttered as i tried to get words out until i came up with something.

"i have to use the camode, please continue!" Embarrassed, i ran off with the lady i do not know and she handed me off with two men. i looked at them, two familiar faces. Matt and Max. my heart smiled, i was so happy to see them. "Hi boys," i smiled as i hugged them both, Max's hug lingering a second longer. They smiled, then turned serious.

"Come, we have to keep you safe Princess." Max said, he lightly touched my arm leading my in front of him as Matt is walking in front of him. i feel uneasy as we're all walking in complete silence.

"call me Aaryn please." i broke the silence making Matt turn to me and smile. "What is it?" i asked.

"I remember when you were just Aaryn. No title. No protection needed, no castles no prince. Just us." He laughed while walking. My heart sank. I miss that.

There was a loud boom! Max jumped toward me and grabbed my body, scaring me. Matt looked for the noise. "I'm sorry Aaryn." Max said as he picked me up. i made a small "oof" as Matt said:

"MAX, LETS RUN THEYRE IN THE BUILDING. WE HAVE TO GO. SHES OUR PRIORITY" and with that Max took off running.
