whats to stop me?

Alex's POV

Everytime I tried to hold Sean's hand, he pulled it away. Everytime I leant on his shoulder, he shrugged me off. Everytime I said hi, he just grunted in reply. This was getting ridiculous, fair enough Kieran had lost his memory, but at least he remembered Sean. Holly had the worst of this, not him. Yes I sound bitchy, but you know as well as me it's true. I kept looking up to him, hoping he would get the hint. The one time we did lock eyes, it was only for a few seconds before he broke it and began staring at the floor.

"Sean, a word?" I murmured, nodding in the direction of an empty space at the other side of the waiting room. We both stood and walked over to the destination, and me being me I did the worst thing I could possibly do...I cried.

"I'm s-so...sorry, I-d-didn't mean f-for you to stop l-loving me"

"What on earth are you talking about?" he questioned, looking honestly puzzled.

"You won't talk to me anymore and everytime I try to be nice you p-push me a-away" I answered, carrying on with my blubbering.

"Its because I'm worried Alex, I get worried about other people too easily. Look of course I love you but I don't have time for this" he snapped and turned to leave. I grabbed his arm and pulled him back,

"You mean time for me" I almost whispered. He didn't reply, he just huffed and left, no emocian. I stayed there, watching him as he walked away, had I really done something THAT BAD? I attempted to eaves drop on what he was saying to the others,

"I'm going to see Kieran, alone"

I watched as everybody nodded, and turned their attention to me.

"Alex bæ, come here" Holly forced through her wretched throat. I slowly walked over and placed myself on her knee, hoping that she would make me feel better. Dharma also came over and Sat beside us and began attempting humour,

"maybe he is on his uh...um..man...bloody hell...if you know what I mean"

"Get the pads!" me and Holly shouted synchronised, attracting Kit and Mitch's attention.

"God you're weird..." Mitch mumbled.

"No they aren't, they're awesome, actually" Kit snapped. I watched as he slouched back into his seat, fiddling with his facial piercing. He was so jealous of Mitch it was kind of hard to watch.

Deans POV

"Its okay Dean, I'm not going to lie I'm so dissapointed to say the least. But I know that you wouldn't mean this to go this far"

"thanks...Mum" I coughed through the tears.

"Go and visit your brother, tell him I will come and see him as soon as I can get back from this stupid sauna. America is not as good as I'd expected it to be" she sighed and hung up, leaving me to cry. I wanted to go to the hospital, and apologise. That's all I wanted to do, but half of me was against it. What if nobody forgives me? What if they just tell me to go? There was only one way to figure it out...

SeansPOV

I went back into Kierans room, hoping to persuade him that Sophie wasn't coming back. It was so sad, watching Holly basically waste away at everything said about him. It had been a week since they met, yet it was like she had loved him forever.

"Sean mate? Is That you?"

"Whassup K-Fresh" I replied with a chuckle.

I shuffled into the room, making sure to close the door subtly behind me. He was looking ten times better than before, the colour in his face had restored, and his usual cheeky grin was back.

"Can you do me a favour?" he said, looking more serious than usual.

"depends, explain what favour" I murmured, sitting at one of the uncomfortable seats at his side.

"Explain what's going on with that Holly girl?"

I let out a long theatrical sigh. Was it worth it? Knowing him he would just get sad again. But there was the small chance that I could restore the poor boys memory.

"You have to stay quiet until I'm finished. Let me explain. We all thought you and Sophie were great together, especially you but we don't think she thought the same. A year ago, you two had an argument because she wanted to move for her promotion at work but you didn't want to affect the band so you stayed. You got depressed Kier, for ages you wouldn't leave your room, you didn't speak to anyone. Then there was one surprising day when you actually managed to walk down the stairs and say you wanted to do a tour, to distract yourself from the whole thing. Mate, we have been practising for the most of 6 months now, and our first performance was last night. You fell and...well I say you fell, truthfully Dean kicked you. You fell off the stage and hit your head, got concussed, now you can't remember over a year. You met Holly four days ago, and it's not like you to fall in love quickly, but you even said to me it was love at first sight. The other day you both told eachother everything and got together, and she's broken. She was the one to hold your hand on the way here, she was the one who ran to your room, mate, Holly looks like death"

"Just what every girl wants to hear..."

I turned around to see Holly stood at the door, with a cocky expression.

"How long have you been here?"

"Just to hear that bit, don't worry" We laughed slightly, before both turning our gaze to Kieran, who just innocently smiled.

"Sean, can me and Holly have a minute please?"

Well that shocked me, so I just agreed and left, hoping that he had remembered and was going to tell her.

Hollys POV

I shot Sean a worried expression, but he missed it and left. I prepared myself for what was going to come, I'm sorry but I can't remember a thing about you so you should leave. To my surprise, I was only half right. I sat myself where Sean was placed before and crossed my legs on the seat.

"Look, I'm not going to lie, I don't remember you"

"I know..." I murmured, trying the hold back the tears. I wasn't prepared enough, I was going to break down right here, right now.

"But that can't change anything, if I really did love you before...then...."

"then what?"

"What's going to stop me from falling in love with you all over again?"
